IDBI Bank — refund is not reflected in my bank account

My name is shaikh shehzad and i have ordered realme 3i (4gb ram and 64gb rom) price rs 8974-/ from amazon india
Purchase date - 24-december-2019 and product i received was realme 3i (3gb&32) so i returned on 27-december[protected] and amazon refund initiate on 3-jan-2020 on buy i still haven't got my refund in bank account and amazon provided me this refund ref no:[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form against idbi bank. So please kindly help me bcoz amount is very big for me. My idbi costumer id is 91420498
