IDBI Bank — refund not credited to my account yet | |||
It has been 11 working days since my account has been debited for a transaction i made on swiggy. The date of the transaction was 18 may, 2018 and the refund has been completed from swiggy's end but i have not received the credit in my account. Furthermore, idbi has set me up on a cat and mouse chase and has made no efforts to resolve my issue as yet. Sincerely, A disappointed customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
