On 12.8.15 I closed my S.B. A/c [protected]& when asked to update Passbook lady at the counter' told 'it cannot be done now, it has to be left with her & she cannot say when it will be ready for delivery.On 14.8. When again contacted for the update she said since account has been closed, it can't be done now..Complaints to their grievance cell remained unreplied- Arjun Kr Miharia

I have already written to them but they remained silent. This fact has already been notified in my last line of complaint-
