IDBI Bank — returning of home loan original documents after home loan closure

Address: Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, 411039

I have paid all dues related to my home loan account and asked rac to close my loan account in mar. As per rac it was expected to receive all my original documents within 15 days. Now account is closed but after more than 35 days i have not received my original documents.
Upon contacting rac every time there is no receipt of documents & have no updates on progress. The customer care nobody responds.
