IDBI Bank — sms charges deduct every month | |||
I and my family total 5 accounts in your idbi bank amboli i have complaint officer in bank but they tell it's not refundable. But i said we could not using account no one transaction duing in account. Please refund 17.70 rupees. Otherwise we have to go in rbi I have account in amboli Please contact and solve issues that sms charges deduct with out using check, debit card no one transaction i do so why the bank charges sms charges.
