IDBI Bank — unable to do net banking transaction due to error (11021 error in input data)

I am getting[11021] error in input data
Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem. I am unable to do any transaction through net banking. I had this problem for last 5-6 days, i can't understand what can i do for resolve this problem? First time i am getting this message, pl. Help me.
