IDBI Bank — why rtn charges many time | |||
Dear sir I have a loan bajaj finance and covid-19 reson that this month not get a salary timely that reson my emi bounced but bank charges again to again same month and debit more payment in my account i ask to bank when one time you have charges so why again to again charges. Mere account ko khali kar ke choda bajaj wale bhejte rahe idbi wale charges lagate rahe. Meri payment wapis karwao sir bus apse hi umeed hai. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Team,
This is not the first time IDBI has debited Rs. 590 calling them as some RTN Charge. We have our commitments of payment, still this charges are applied not even once, twice four times in a minute and debit Rs. 2360 from my account.
The customer care is not available to answer the call. we understand the unavailability of resources to answer the call..but why are you deducting unnecessary charges, worst experience with any bank.
I need a refund of these unnnecessary charges applied.

I also this problem of Bajaj and idbi bank about RTN charge plz give me salution that what I do...? This is too much and I show you my msg come from idbi bank...

Bank levied 6 Time RTN charges of 590 rs, from Jan 21 to may 21.there is no any pending EMI of my loan account, , please check about it and refund me, , I m very disappointed with the bank..
Last year also it levied 590 and more amount deducted from my account.
