On nov 1 suddenly i got a msg saying that "thank you for downloading idea music station from spice digital. You have been charged rs.5". I have not downloaded any thing from idea music and so i called customer service and complained about it and they repeatedly said that
You have downloaded and so we have charged and this will not be reapeated again. But i have not downloaded anything thing from idea music is true. Again yesterday on nov7th night at 8.17 p. M. I have received the same msg twice and they charged rs.5 twice. I again called the customer service and complained about and they were cooly saying the same answer that and this will not be reapeated again. This idea network is charging for the customer without any reason by just giving fake messages and when we call for customer service and they are giving false assurance that this will not be repeated again and giving fake msgs and reducing money and they are at the back of customers money how to charge the customers who is not using the network frequently and this not fare for such a network like idea!. Can i get relief from this unnecessary charges from this idea network?

I had submited complain with idea of recieving a message that goes directly to voicemail. I had called the custome care minimum 5-10 times, where they just blame it on my phone. When i try to make them understand that when i put another sim card no such messages happen and there is no voicemail. Then they just tell me message stop to a number or else they will tell me to go to nearest store.

Then i had written a complaint on this forum which i was given a complaint number:[protected] and since then i have heard nothing from them.

I would of had done portability since days but i dont even feel like giving them one ruppee of mine.

Miss guided by idea store to about billing cycle. Myself atish bundhe. I was trying to change my postpaid sim to prepaid. Previously they told me to do this on 7th of month as my billing cycle is 6th of month. Now when i asked them to convert my sim then they asked to pay the bill of current month also. So why they miss guided my to change sim on 7th of month.

Totally unsatisfied by the support team of idea cellular.

This is very unfortunate that idea are harassing the costumer.

As i make a conversation from your idea representative mis riya mob no-[protected] at that time she said to me you just pay the sum amount of rs. 355 on that all dues will be clear on idea ends.
Rest now i recived call from airtel network that your dues yet not be clearer from idea sides.
My bill cycle yet not be cleared after that i paid the amount to you. I make a request for the port my number before ending my last months billing cycle.

Please take this matter on urgent basis and take appropriate action.
I also attached bill payment receipt.

I got a sms 'unlimited calls & 1 gb data per day in rs. 398 for 84 days with offer khas apke liye' at 9:11 am. Dt. 5/11/17, then i recharged with rs. 398, but i got the validity of only 70 days instead of 84 days. Sms rec. From iw - 612345. So, please solve my problem and allow the validity for 84 days.

Hi,

My no.+91 [protected], is subscribed with idea music station which was not done actually by me. But when i tried to unsubscribe with 54321, *, 1 it is not taking the option 1 to unscribe but taking option 2 alone to change the language, this is ridiculous. I have tried more than 20 times on this 54321 number it does recognise the option im selecting that too only for unsubscribing other options it is recognising, this is not acceptable and i am daily getting reduced with rs.5 in my balance.

Hence please unsubscribe it immediately.

I faced extremely poor behavior of staff members at store (Address given above).
Almost 10 customers are waiting for their query resolution and staff members are busy celebrating birthdays which took them almost 30 minutes.

How customer relationship people can spend their working hours like that. It is really unacceptable.

I am using idea since last 4-5 years. I had applied since last 4-5 months to downgrade my plan but they never downgraded the monthly rental plan and kept on charging money from me from previous plan and when i raised the issue, the response of customer care executive was pathetic. Despite several mails and telephonic calls, they never bothered to downgrade my plan and when i refused to pay more money, they disconnected my connection on pretext of not paying the rental. How can i pay rental whereas i am constantly requesting for changing my plan since many months. I had kept emails and phone recordings with me and can provide if required.

During my frequent visit to the same store i have faced difficulty to get my idea number linked with aadhar card due to network blockage. Hence, i, hereby inform you that i am going to port my number to airtel. Further, i will recommend all of my friends and family members to not take connection and disconnect idea number due to non reliability of your service and mis-behaviour of your idea store worker.

Myself irtiza hussain. I purchased a postpaid sim of idea before 3 years & deposited 300 rs. As a security deposit. I have migrated my postpaid number to prepaidsim on ist june but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. I was told by mail and customer executive in idea showroom that money will be send back to me by within 45days through cheque in my mailing adreess. But still i have not received that.. I am really very much disappointed with this act of idea guys & wanna fire a complain.... Wana i contact customer care they telling me ur cheque is dispatched on 28 september 2017 through india post... I don't think india is so much back ward that it take 45 days to deliver a cheque... When i contact post office they saying me give tracking number... But idea customer care saying we don't have tracking.,. Do something. I want my security deposit plus 10000rs penelaty because they wasted me time nd give me depression... My details are here-

Idea (Music pack, mastipitara, mandir darshan, fashion world & desi video got activated in my number without my doing and it has deducted almost rs. 633 from my talktime. I deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means. I am still one of the users of idea even after hearing so much bad about the company. Please dont make my trust in you go to vain. And also customer care tells that i had ask to deduct.

First of all customer care of idea is full o[censored]neducated and illiterate people. They don't even understand the problem in one time.

I am not receiving any incoming calls after port in idea. But i am able to make outgoing calls.

59059 this number has given by idea to activate your connection after port. But bingo! You have been fooled. This will always say an invalid number.

I don't even have any alternate number to receive calls. (Thanks to whatsapp to save my life.)

Any way. I will personally request to everyone. Do not port to idea.

Today approx 10 rupees deducted from my prepaid balance just activating movie masti on my number without my permission. It is now getting worst stealing money in the name of subscription without permission. I am fed up of losing money on idea value added services without my permission.

I am corporate idea user, and experienced below issue, with most of my colleagues. And the issue is.

Most time of the bill generation, we will be surprised with vas additional charges min 75rs. And when we call back to them and asks they rather tell, "it is because of some link you have clicked while browsing, you need not to worry sir we will stop this request and wave of the charges already occurred"

Now my question is.
1) what if i have standing instruction for payment and i don't recognize these charges.
2) why these links are allowed for any subscription instantly, as any other activation will have 2 steps verification, where we need to double confirm. (Something like "are you sure you want to continue")
3) as for as these charges are fair genuine, why customer representatives will be ready to wave of at the first instant?

Deducted balance for vas

My idea number is [protected]. Once on 04/11/2017 at 04.18pm and on 05/11/2017 09.15pm they (Idea) have wrongly deducted rs. 150/- from my balance towards faulty activation of vas. This has been done without my concern. When i called customer care they said that balance deducted for vas and refunded once but now they say we can't refund it again.
Pathetic idea.

2nd point is that you also intimate me that if i want illegally and un official charge of rs 20/-. I want to visit your good channel partner office to return back 20/- in within in this weak only.

I am very un satisfied for your this type of action first you know if i am going your good office my idea store i am once again expense 500 rs to return back my 20/ rs,
Try to understand to customer situation this simply i am paid in cash in your my idea store only, and this is illegally and official charge collected from me at your idea sotre ms. Rutavi (Front desk operator) why should i am visit your my idea store there is no mistake of me i am not agree to visit your my idea store for return back my 20 rs. You suggest your good my idea store to give me in cash and my residence address only,

Why should you forced to customer for visit your idea store?
Why your idea store not return back money at customer residence address?

Hello sir my name gaurav kumar mobile number [protected]. I portin my number idea potpaid before two moths. I ask for activate 99 plan. But plan is activated of 199. I complaint using email of idea email but no any resulation given me from email during period. Then my idea number is disconnect from idea due to bill not paid then i pay my bill. Today i recive bill according to 349. Plan. Now again change plan without any permission. Please solve out this issue no one ready to help i visit also idea showroom they are misbehave with me.
