I had paid for payment 6 month in advance of Idea broadband new connection. There was the offer that i shall get 3 months free if i pay for 6 month advance. Now after six month my net is down and when I called customer care they are saying that you pay current month bill we shall give free month in next month. My account ID is[protected].
This is cheating, if idea had committed for 3 month free then no need to ask for payment.

When I had called Customer Care they told me to pay me the payment, even I had receive and email from Idea saying that if the bill is not paid in two days then we shall apply the interest for the same and my link was disconnected. In email you had given me a no of Sonali for any issue but she didn't answer the call. I had tried her call twice or thrice but there was no answer. I had mention my account no you go through my issue and give me solution.

Last month got credit note, but now today again the bill has been raised. Since it was committed that 3 month will be free so ideally this and next month my bill should be zero. Kindly do the needful, every month I don't have time to call your customer care or send complain for the same.

    My cell no. Is [protected]. Received the following message from idea "dear customer, thank you for downloading animation from nazara.
    You have been charged rs. 100
    Your balance is rs. 358.69".

    I have never downloaded anything of that sort nor do i know what nazara is. Tried calling the customer care office at 123, 12345, [protected]. Didn't get connected to anyone. Also the idea website was. Not getting connected.

    Please revert my balance of 100/-. It is shocking and annoying to see such messages of download and automatic price cut.

    I just got this SMS.. Dear customer, thank you for downloading Animation from Nazara, You have been charged Rs.54 Nov 5 as well as Nov 13 2017 and after this continuously my main balance debit by company.

    The game was neither downloaded to the phone and i am not sure if i have selected it unintentionally as there was no confirmation message or any other check to prevent people from opting out from downloading the game.

    What rubbish is this!!! I did not download any of these. Please look into this matter urgently as I am left with zero balance. Your Customer Care doesn't seem at all concerned about my problem.
    They are liers... And befooling people... Without confirmation they can't deduct balance like this unnecessary like this.

    Got same message from Idea last night. Your Rs 2 deducted as downloaded animation from Nazara. Idea Cellular please don't activate any wap service like this without prior information. I would like to say that I am getting some promotional message also as I have activated full DND service

      1 customer care executive (Name:-sanchay) call me and convince to set the caller tune of my name (Sushil sharma) with your company name (Karvy contact center), but after some days i checked my caller tune and i found that the idea’s default tune is set on my mobile instead of my name including my company name (Karvy contact center).
      Today i again call to customer care and ask for why the caller tune was not set which i choose (My name with my company name) then executive replied me the caller tune is not available which you choose and in future if available we inform you, then i told to executive to transfer my call to your senior. Then also i told the same concern to his senior (Jyoti ahirwar) and i got same response to his senior, she replied me your choose caller tune is not available and we cannot provide the same. So i told why you all are cheated with me, if the caller tune is not available why you ensure the we provided the caller tune which you choose.
      I only activate my caller tune service on the behalf of my chosen tune and i am highly disappointed with the service of idea’s customer care and i doubt the customer care executives are doing cheating with many customers.
      Request you to kindly look this matter on high priority and resolve my issue.

        I got a fraud call around 220 pm today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they

        Already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me with in few minutes i received sms about

        Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card starts with 4386 and ends with 6974 towards ideamoney with four transactions each of 4700 making the total amount of 18800 rs
        Please help me out to solve my problem

            Idea staff of shivam communication bavdhan pune-411021 is talking like goons when i ask for the number port status.

            I was using idea number#[protected] in pune and this was my official number (From honeywell turbo technologies pune,) after the resignation and moved to bangalore - i wanted to use this number for my personal and got the letter from company and handed over to shivam telecommunication bavdhan pune during august 01st 2017,

            They were saying it will take a week time to convert the official number to personal.

            I have been calling them every alternate day from then, and i am not receiving the proper update. They are useless team and one of the worst customer team support from that center.

            Whoever is the owner, i feel pity and he was also behaving the same when i spoke to him.

            Now today on 22nd when i called them, they are saying - i have to resubmit the letter from company. May be they have missed the letter it seems.

            I am totally disappointed.

            I sincerely request you to look into this issue, and convert into personal.

            If in due course of time, if the transfer is not happening.. If any charges are applicable to this number.. I am not responsible for any single penny,

            Please note - i am not going to pay anything since it is idea service center issue.

            If you are not going to take this issue asap. I am going to post this in all the social media.

              This time i am very disappointed with the cunning services of idea with their customers for providing information for fake tariffs.

              On 21st july 2017 i had conversation with customer care guy regarding tariffs, at that time i was informed that i will be given an ultimate plan of rs 349 in which i will be given 1 gb of data daily, 100 sms daily and unlimited calls.
              I was very grateful for that offer then i requested to switch my number to that plan and deactivate the active plans. Customer care guy agreed and raised a ticket for same. I have recording of that telephonic conversation and can produce if it is required.
              A ticket was raised regarding that and it was also closed after some days. I belived it to be done.

              But when my bill came this month the amount was quite higher than expected, the 200 rs data plan which i asked to deactivate was not deactivated and it got added up in the bills. Also when i spoke with customer care again regarding it they refused to return the money in spite of me claiming what was told me. They also told that 349 rs plan offers 1 gb data monthly not daily. I was shocked to hear this as initially i was told a different thing.

              I am totally confused and irritated with these different sets of responses from customer care. However i paid the bill now and raised ticket also c1-[protected] but it was cancelled.

              Kindly take necessary action and refund my money as early as possible.

                Every minute or less than that, i get either a flash message or promotional message from my mobile service provider, idea cellular ltd. These frequent messages are appearing on the middle of my mobile phone screen thereby camouflaging the work i am doing on the phone.. Not only this, it us also causing too mental disturbance and often get abuses from the person with i am interacting on phone when such messages appear on the screen and dis appear immediately. Please do the needful to stop this menace once for all. Thanking you.

                  Hi,

                  I had requested porting request from idea to airtel on sept 14th. I received an update from the airtel rep on sept 22nd that my request to port was rejected by idea as outstanding amount is pending. All my bills till date are paid and i have no outstanding amount pending. I checked and found rs 1 as unbilled charge set by idea that is causing the issue.

                  This is complete disregard to the guidelines set by trai and i request action to be taken to avoid future inconvenience to users by idea.

                      This is because of incomplete information provided by idea customer care.
                      I also been complain in idea gallery and customer support, from last 15 date.

                      Idea has stop my incoming and outgoing calls.
                      And because of this i have lost many business calls.
                      Why should i pay such a bill because of your incomplete information.

                      But still connection not yet started.
                      Now i am not going to pay any further bill until you wave of all the fake charges and also refund my paid rs3000.
                      And in next 24 hours if you have not been started my idea connection than i am going to take serious action on idea.

                        Being an! Dea consumer is something that you are really satisfied about. At least with respect to network coverage and consumer services. However, past few days have really been disturbing for me and it frustrates me to be an idea consumer.
                        I have been trying to call your costumer care services from my number:[protected] and it doesn't connect... Neither they are replying from any other number. This message was in context of few unwanted calls that i have been receiving since last 3 days as i am using my old nokia phone it does not allow be to directly block those number. I have been trying to connect with your consumer care executives but there is some problem due to which my call is not been connected.
                        My idea numbers are: 0962xxxxxxx and 09130xxxxxx.
                        The numbers that i want to block as i am receiving unwanted calls in foul language are :[protected]; [protected] and an isd number +[protected].
                        I hope you guys look into this matter with some concern as it is really disturbing and quite frustrating as well.

                              Idea given offer SMS to me of rupees 404 for 84 days.
                              When I did recharge for the same they have given me offer of for 28 days only.

                                Through one o[censored]r official i had taken a sim. Card. The card was used for one month and the bill was also paid online. Then the card was lost by me and i informed the person who gave the. Sim card that i have lost the. Sim card. He said you make the pending bill payment and let me know. I made the pending bill and informed him. Meanwhile i received calls from idea. They also said the same. The number was blocked.in between i got a false call from delhi and asking about my pan. I feel the documents given to them are being used in wrong way. Now i have received i. E on 21st september 2016 i. E almost after a year that some amount is due. What is this happening. I am sure that idea is mentally torturing people

My number has been deactivated on[protected] without prior notification and now after 4years they say documents you have submitted are negative. How can that be?? And when i contacted the customer care they say they are not concerned regarding this. And the way they respond to customers is worst

                                    I have ported from vodafone to idea as executing from idea given me an call and offer economic plan for rs 299/- with unlimited call, sms, roaming free all over india and per day 1 gb 4g data free and confirmed bill amount will never cross 350/-

                                    The executive had taken 100 rs advance and provide sim and said will deduct from your first bill.

                                    From day 1 i getting issues with data, call drop, poor connectivity, and they send bill of rs 612.. Saying roaming charges which i expected free as per the executive from idea... Now they saying you will also gets charges for 3g it's all coming surprisingly to me i tried to contact the executive on her number
                                    [protected] but not reaching now..

                                    As i am completely unsatisfied with service and response so i asked for cancellation now they saying you can't switch till 90 days these is just an ridiculous..

                                    These is really an misleading and cheating from idea perspective... "what they have an idea sirji.."

                                    See if you can look into these matter so some other will save.. From these.

                                      My mob no-[protected], your company recharge is not reliable because i had taken recharge of 404rs with ul validity for 84 days but my out going is stopped only in 14 days.
                                      I had checked offer on my mob no [protected] on your web site after that i have done the recharge on 7sep2017 and i have received the msg for ul call for 84days. How you can stoped the all facility wirhin 14 days only. Its an it crime.
