I did a webcharge with www.rechargeitnow.com for IDEA mobile no. [protected] with MRP Rs 245. Their website mentioned that the TT is Rs 222. But i got only Rs 112. I tried to register a complaint with IDEA CC and they did not register any complaint . Also the way the customer care executive spoke to me was very rude. I'm very hurt with their experience. So I appeal to the customers of IDEA mobile users, not to use the website www.rechargeitnow.com for web recharge, as their mentioned plans are out of date and who knows, they are intentionally not updating them.

Is it the fault of IDEA mobile service, that did not update the plan page? Or is it the fault of www.rechargeitnow.com?

I have left Idea cellular limited in March'08.Its more than 1 year now i have not received my PF amount.

After so much of follow up, i have only got Rs.9817/- in my account. Remaining amount of Rs.42691/- is not credited till date.

When i have escalated the matter to PF Office and my Ex.Employer..I have got this reply from my ex.employer HR deptt...

1. We are repaetedly hearing promotionl advertisement of idea till date about Rs. 149 plan wherein a subscriber can get Rs. 50 talk time, idea to idea free for one month and low tarrif rate .noticeable here that there is no such existing scheme of idea . then why do we consumer cause to bear such boring thing which consume our time .
2. I couldnot understand the concept of idea custommer carring section if they ignore calls of custommer by saying custommer care officer are busy. We are getting only their irrelevant and boring promotiomal advertisement in our part . but not a time to talk with them . shame idea shame how you claim big talk and small work
3) Pls note that the way we have supported we CUSTOMMER CAN WITHDRAW OUR SUPPORT IN jharkhand just like aircell

I, Kailas Shriwant, bearing cell No. [protected] with prepaid idea cellular connection has been noticing that every time i recharge a fixed about is being deducted without my knowledge for the sake of love pictures or other service messages which just opened to know as whats this? and automatically I get subscribed and my amount gets deducted, which i have never requested or subscribed. Also when contactedyour numbers 12345 or 4444 etc in which automatic messages comes but there is no menu of receiving our complaint and unable to talk to your any cusromer executive in this menu you are just advertising your products etc but not attendence of customer complaints grivience .This would require immediate rectification and the idea people should apolosize for the same and it should not be repeated hereafter.

i Aslam. i am not satisfied by the download speed of idea net setter though it is showing the speed of 238.6 kbps. I get only 1-4 kbps in day time and 8-14kbps in night time.Idea company is cheating the customers all the way.The connection always disconnected in every 15-20 minutes and i used to re-insert the device many times to get connected. please take neccessary action for the innocent customers who trust the company.

I had never agreed or requested for deducting internet rental charges and to my surprise i found out that every day 5 rs were deducted for the same. Initially i was unaware as why my prepaid balance diminished so quickly. There was no clue (SMS/alert) for deductions. When i enquired at customer care i was surprised to know that i had requested for the same. Even after pleading for half an hour and trying to explain that gentelman did not agree that i had not asked for that.
I had asked for proof of when i had requested but he simply kept on repeating the same thing. I want to raise a complaint against this and want all my money back.
First of all these people call you all the time and bother you about new services that company had to offer and then to meet their target or something they forcibly put you in some scheme and by the time you know what had struck you are already in loop.

Again requesting you to reimburse my money back. For my mobile number the team may please contact me on my email.

I, Bharti Bansal, Using idea prepaid no [protected] from last three years and all my family members also using this network.
Now a days I am receiving so many unwanted phone call and massages (advertisements). I was totally disturbed from this type of calls and mugs.Many times i refused to take the plans which is told by your executives.
Yesterday i had received a phone call from your executive when i was in a very busy. I thought it may be a important call so i received that. But it was from idea, caller name was Amitraj and the number is [protected]. Due to Disturbance created i asked that will u tell me the procedure to stop these calls. Then he said ok i'll close your network then automatically all these calls will stop. I said that how can you do this?? You are not authorized to do so. Then he said that i can close your number even i can close your id on which you take this number. He talked with me in a very bad manner. He was just talking about nonsense. I'll not leave this matter easily as this not worth to misbehave a customer.
I need immediate action otherwise i can switch over to the other network as they are offering better plans.
Please pay attention towards this matter as this kind of behave may affect your reputation

I have disconnected my 02 nos. of IDEA post paid Plan-299 mobile connections ( Phone Nos. [protected] & [protected]) on 16 October, 2008 by sending an email. Subsequently on 3 November, 2008 i have received the bills for the above two nos. After adjustment of advance rental already paid, the bill amounts were Rs 34.10 & Rs. 86.72 respectively. I have paid both the bill in the same month. But after a gap of one month i.e. on 3 Jan, 2009 I have again received the bills for above nos of Rs.119.33 and Rs. 118.95 respectively for the period of 29 Nov, 2008 to 09 Dec, 2008. As I had already disconnected my Phones on 16 October, 2008 & fully paid the subsequent bills in the month of November, 2008, I assumed that billing for the period of 29 Nov, 2008 to 09 Dec, 2008 may be due to some system error at company end. Any how to clarify the matter I have sent an email to IDEA Customer Care (UPW) on 03 Jan, 2009. In reply of this mail Manu Singh of IDEA Customer Care (UPW) had assured to look after the matter and to revert back shortly but it never happened (I have copies of All the the email counications). Today on 22 May, 2009 I have received a Legal Notice from Advocate of IDEA to Deposit that (FALSE) billing amounts with in 7 days along with 24% of Interest + Rs. 300/- as notice charge.

From the above you may become aware that how the company is harassing a genuine person likes me. I am sending this mail to you in anticipation that you may help me to over come from this situation.

I am an customer of Idea having my mobile number [protected] since last 8 years. In the month of march 2009 the company changed my SMS pack without telling me. I was having the scheme of 1500 msgs in 75/-Rs since last 4-5 years. When i received the bill and called the customer care they just said that they had sent a letter of intimation about the change in the SMS packs on 25th March 2009 containing the details and the migration process in case of no revert. We understand that based on the letter of intimation, you have chosen to accept the migration of the existing sms pack.

I have not received the letter of intimation till date. Everytime we want to make any change in plan then we have to call customer care and confirm about the change then how can they just change without asking me.
To clear this i called their customer care then the lady who answered the call was in such a hurry that without giving proper information she just wanted to hung up. I have mailed it also this to customer care but of no use.

This is in regard with the mobile numbers allotted to me by IDEA Cellular i.e [protected]/200, the same has not got activated as yet and also when i called up Midas Marketing Solutions(IDEA) from where i got this connection they said very bluntly that "you cannot get this number as this is a VIP number", my question is that if this is a VIP number then why this number was allotted to me. This is a complete case of Forgery(Misrepresentation).Moreover, i am getting abusive and threatening calls from Midas Mrktng Solutions. I have all the conversation recorded between me and Midas Marketing Solutions(IDEA).Also complaint for the same has been launched at customer care.

i had purchased idea netsetterhigh speed EDGE/GPRS mobile netsetter, two month ago .
i was promised for the speed of 236kbps but the speed i am getting is really horrible, i am getting the downloading speed of 5kbps to 7 kbps only and uploading speed upto 30kbps. This is really irritating.

I closed my account on 4th march 2009 paying all the amount i was asked to pay. Still i am being sent bill for that number. Moreover, I had a 0 rental account which i purchased on 5th march 2008 & still in the bill being sent it shows some rental amount pending.
Now the idea people say that the 0 rental plan was for 12 billing cycles, but what is propogated in the public is that the plan is for 1 year.
It means that if you purchased a 1 year plan on 19th of any month (say march) then probabaly you are purchasing the plan for 11 months & not for 1 year because if your billing cycle is from 20th to 20th of each month, then your 12 billing cycles get completed on 20th february bill date. So your plan ends on 20th feb instead of 19th march.
This is rediculous!!!

i m a regular customer of idea net setter. i m not received my bill at proper time since last 2 months. last month, i received my bill on 21 where as last date of payment was 22. so it becomes difficult.this month till today i.e. 20th, i don't get the bill. so take care of it.

I am a user of IDEA postpaid connection since 4-5 years but today when i checked my bill so suddenly i found there is charges of 49/- for international calling to u.s. & canada. Which is being charged since april 2008. And the best part is that i have never opted or asked to the company for this service. But since that time every month they have been charging me this amount.

Today when i called Idea Customer care rather than solving my problem the customer care executive Mr.Govind denied for the service request and when i requested him to transfer the call to his supervisor he disconnected the call.

I would request you to look in to the matter at the earliest

I have given 500 rs to idea cellular(Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. recipt no.533 ) to convert my pre-paid sim card to post paid on[protected]. But till yet there is no response and the sim is not working too. when i call them they cut my call and there is no status report from them . And the person who come to collect the money is ROHIT employee of live wire call center service pvt. ltd.

my number [protected] today -15th May at about 2:20 PM i got call from Idea promotion call after that got sms regarding activation dialer tones service is being processed and after that another sms you have successfullly subscribed for dialer tones. and 15 RS have been debited from my account.
without sending any sms nor pressing any button this has been activated now i want my money back and it should be deactivated.
