Idea Vodafone — non refund of balance due

Since 9 months i am requesting to refund amount due in my favour against mobile [protected].
There is a commitment but it is a fake.
A long persuasion cum follow up, visit to idea store at nanak nagar, jammu, exchange of mails and posts on face book. It was committed that it will be resolved by 07/05/2019.
Ultimately i have issued notice for legal action.
