I have recharge my number [protected] for rs 139 in which i got 300 loc & national sms unlimited loc & national call and roaming but since 30 september till now i have not been able to send sms and the reply which i have received from idea is that the sms is available only for local circle which is totally wrong as you can see the attached pic in which its clearly saus that its available for local and national both. Please escalate it to thier top management.
Very poor customer service from appellate and customer service also.
