I have recharge my number [protected] for rs 139 in which i got 300 loc & national sms unlimited loc & national call and roaming but since 30 september till now i have not been able to send sms and the reply which i have received from idea is that the sms is available only for local circle which is totally wrong as you can see the attached pic in which its clearly saus that its available for local and national both. Please escalate it to thier...

Unable to send sms from my idea number [protected] since 30 september till now and i complained but did not got any resolution from idea appellate. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and the problem with these idea sim is happening again and again which is very much annoying and irritating. Request you to please escalate it to higher authority for earliest resolution.

Also i did recharge of rs 139 in which i get 300 sms free call and data...

Refund against mobile [protected] is due to portability since sept. 2018. Repeatedly i have requested but no concrete action is taken except replies and false commitments, i have approached idea sore nanak nagar jammu, 3 times. Requested them, every time assurance is given. Same thing appears on face book, but company is least bothered on consumer complaint....

Since 9 months i am requesting to refund amount due in my favour against mobile [protected].
There is a commitment but it is a fake.
A long persuasion cum follow up, visit to idea store at nanak nagar, jammu, exchange of mails and posts on face book. It was committed that it will be resolved by 07/05/2019.
Ultimately i have issued notice for legal action....
