My regular IDEA monthly bill comes to below 400 rs.

This included 1 gb from i-plan which i used upto may 25th 2016, when i changed to plan 249 plus online payment for internet booster packs.

but inspite of paying rs. 350/ more online -- and clearing last months bill ( which had enormous roaming internet bill for april 2016 during my 5 day visit to kashmir) -- of rs. 1831 . --- I got a bill for Rs. 3464 -- which had major component of rs. 2600 ( !! imagine!!) as extra overage charges for usage of few hours of internet on sunday morning thru afternoon -- by when I had booked 1gb plus a 200mb booster pack for rs. 250 and rs 75. I had paid additional rs. 350 for this.

But today -- 13th june -- i got surprise of my life -- my bill was generated for rs. 3400 -- which just does not fit into my usage pattern at all.

I have been using IDEA mobile with internet 2g of 1gb download for past so many years -- I never got billed for more than 450 rs. any month.

I also found my daughter, who also uses IDEA being billed excessively.

When we login to the portal and call up IDEA service -- they tell us they cannot explain charges -- it will be clarified in the itemised bill that they will send on 12th of every month. when bill generated -- they claim we have actually used up the billed items!!!
please help -- I am being fleeced by IDEA mobile since past month!!

I am using the internet in same pattern this month -- online account shows my unbilled usage at rs. 152 only so far.
