I am using IDEA network mobile number and i have charged wrongly on monthly bill. I have spoken to customer care service and bill dispute department and they are not responding properly and i have sent mail to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but no response I am requesting you to every on please take this issue on priority basis and resolve the complaint ASAP..
