[Resolved] Ideal Safety Systems — Unethical Behaviour by Vodafone officials in Pathanamthitta, Kerala | |||
We are using Vodafone CUG for past 3years in our company name Ideal Safety Systems with 11connections. If not for monthly payment follow thorough, no customer relationship manners are in place at Pathanamthitta office in Kerala of vodafone . very recently, one of our number [protected] got disconnected ( which is is in use by our CEO). Since last 72hrs none in Vodafone know what i the reason & our CEO is on a north India tour. we request all corporate offices not to use Vodafone CUG services since they also got various hidden charges in billing system. Vodafone Karol Bagh, Delhi helped me to re activate my roaming services which was earlier said "working " by Vodafone Pathanamthitta officials & that my phone had compalint etc.
More o customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
