Dear team My mobile no is [protected].I am using ideamony wallet. On[protected] I was tried to load money to ideamony wallet using through my visa debit card.transaction was not sucess. amount debited from my bank account but not added to wallet. I contacted ideamony customer care so many times, every time they took complaint but they didn't take any action. They advised me to contact your bank. I contacted my bank through email . my bank send complete transaction details to me.that transaction was success. Merchant banker claimed that money please refund my money. Please solve my problem.

I have similar experience with Idea Money wallet last Friday. I want to understand how much time was taken by IdeaMoney to refund your amount? Also did you receive the amount in IdeaMoney wallet or in your bank account?

I have received call from [protected] today from sbi company. They offered me to redeem my reward points agsinst my sbi credit cards. Firstly i denied then aftr i provide them information regarding the credit card details. They have made two transactions of 5000 each from my both cards. The money they got transacted was on idea money bill desk. Kindly dolved my problem and refund my money as soon as possible. One credit card wad mine named tamanna and other was of rohut bagga.
