Hello, This is Nandini from Bangalore. I have received SMS on my Mobile for the Fraud transaction using my Debit card. Merchant is Idea Money Mumbai. Below are the Fraud transaction (Narration & Debited Amount taken from Account statement) on my Debit card on 25-April 2017. 1. POS 436303 IDEAMONEY MUMBAI – Rs. 4, 998.00 I got call from [protected]. Please take severe action against the people who did this and reverse the amount back to my account immediately. I did not got any call and amount got deducted in series - 4500*1, 4998*1, and 5000*1. I have also lodged complaint but there is no response.
