Hi, My name is deepak. I am customer of capital first/idfc since last 7-8 yeras. But sorry to say service is very very poor, number which you have mentioned in website its always switched off [protected]. Please stop making fool us if you are not able to provide service then shut down this bank. Requesting please ask your some senior person like md or ceo try to dial above customer care number.
