IDFC Bank — Getting EMI reminder so much calls

I have a EMI card of IDFC First Bank and just took consumer loan on it and have EMI on 3rd of Feb. And I know EMI amount and date and also have sufficient balance for EMI dtill automated machine calls 10-15 times a day.

I can't understand are you reminding customer for EMI or harassing them for EMI. Because previously when I took this loan there was no bounces than why this guys are harrassing customer in name of reminder.

Kindly get me resolved this asap.
