Dear Sir & Mam,

As per the telephonic conversation, I am sending this mail. Despite of having the monthly pass of my fastag there was deduction of money which is completely unfair and also hurt me twice, the pass amount was also charged through fastag as well as fastag balance was also deducted. So please return me the deducted amount of fastag balance.

Also attached Monthly recharge receipt and Fastag Deduction...

Madam/Sirs,

We are the full family members of the customer of your bank. Unfortunately, it is very a shame to us for giving a complaint against your branch at Shivamogga in Karnataka as your bank is one of the biggest reputed private banks in India.

This is regarding the Inward remittance of my son Mr. K S Rakshit. We have been following up from Friday onwards. But till today no proper response from the bank...

I regularly use my vehicle for intercity travel and have not been able to login my fastag at idfc first bank (costomer id[protected] i have sufficient balance and yet on login error message appears which reads- Sign-in failed:user account has expired. idfc costomer care number never works and i have no means of knowing what is wrong with my account....

I have my Savings and Current Account with IDFC First Bank.
My both the accounts are Debit-Freeze because of the reason - Re-KYC Due for my accounts as per bank.

As per them they have send me Physical Notice - But I have never received the same.
They have also told me that I must have received calls from bank for Re-KYC document Submission but that too I haven't received a single call from bank for the same thing...

I have deposited amount on the account at the same day of my emi, but the emi was debited next day and the ach rtn charges of 295/- & 267/- has been leived twice. I request idbi to return the debited amount....

I am using Flipkart Pay Later account, that is backed by IDFC First Bank.
For the month of March 2022, my bill payment was marked as Late Payment and that impacted my credit score heavily. Although I have paid the bill on 1st April (The bill payment timeline is 1st to 5th of next month).
That is NOT a late payment.
The technical error from Flipkart/IDFC Bank's end costed me my credit score.
Since last 1 month...

The executive from the idfc bank was so illeterate and does not have any understanding of what the customer is trying to say.
I paid an installment of Rs 4506 against two wheeler loan from my Paytm.
It had been debited from my account, but still showing pending in paytm app.
Now, according to that executive, I have to pay again, as they can't wait.
He doesn't have that much brain to understand that the money is...

I have been using my idfc emi card since 2018. I have done many online purchases in the last couple of years. However, few months back, I tried ordering online and it didn't go through. So I kept trying multiple times. When i reached out to the customer service, I was told first that because of my multiple attempts, the card has been auto cancelling my loans to avoid any fraudulent activities and that I will have to wait for 3 months before...

Yesterday I was trying to transfer 6000/- from IDFC imps (UPI). The payment was failed and it was showing Timed out but my money was deducted from my account. After submitting complains too many times and also I have spoken to the customer support but not received my money back yet. As per RBI policy I should received my money back within 24 hours but I haven't received yet....
