[Resolved] IDFC Bank — instacred amazon voucher are not sent | |||
The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 6 july 2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers.
