I have used my easy buy card to make purchase of flipkart vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 26/06/2019 and till date 30/06/2019 i have'nt received my vouchers of rs 50, 000. I purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
