[Resolved] IDFC Bank — Long Term Infrastructure BONDS (Tranche 2 - SERIES 1 & 2) | |||
My Folio No. IDB0375076 (VENU DOMMATI) I have written several times in last few days that my registered address has changed. But every time I write email to "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com", your representative Swetha Balashetty from Corporate Registry, KFin Technologies Private Limited, she replies that last date for updating Bank Mandate is over on 01/Feb/2021 and she will send the Demand Draft to the old registered address. The maturity date for Bonds is 21/02/2021. Twice she replied with the same message. Updating of Bank A/c number may not be possible but why can't you update the current address. WHY DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE DD TO WRONG ADDRESS? I have relocated from that old address. My latest address is in Hyderabad. I have already sent all my relevant self attested documents for Address Change such as my ADHAAR Card, latest Electricity Bill & PAN card copy to your same email address "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com " Please update the latest address to avoid loss and further delay of my Demand Draft. Feb 11, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I raised issue with my address not being updated on the records of IDFC First Bank as Demand Draft is due to be issued later this month in February. Otherwise my DD will be sent to wrong address.
After raising my complaint here, it was forwarded to Customer Care team. Then I received email from them. It has now been actioned. Thanks for your help in resolving the issue.

What is your job then as Customer service? You should forward my complaint internally to respective department. Its not my job to keep running behind your departments.
I have already written two emails. Please read my complaint properly.
I want a solution please. I am disappointed, that's why I raised with Consumer Complaints.
