[Resolved] IDFC Bank — money not being refunded to my fastag | |||
I recharged to my wheels eye wallet and recharged my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 having i'd no.[protected]. But due to direct recharge my fastag is not showing balance but my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 is showing 1000 rs. And the concerned idfc bank is not refunding the amount to wallet. Kindly assist me regarding this situation and take proper action against this bank because even after complaining by email to their coustmer service, no satisfactory action has been taken.
