IDFC Bank — Non update of payment and extremely bad behaviour
I have made a payment of rs10930 on 2nd September 2021 at 9.52am for amy Amazon pay later account. But, even after repeated calls and emails there is no response from IDFC customer service, moreover I am continuously being harrassed by the collection agents leading to a situation I have stopped receiving their calls. I have complain to Amazon as well and as per them it was a successful transaction and there is no response from IDFC.
Here are the few screenshot of my mails that I have sending to you and everytime what I recieve is a wait time of 7 days and the request is closed without any info. I have called and spoke to a lot of agents and asked them to send me in written that the money isn't recieved with IDFC with my bank HDFC asked for so that they can dispute the payment to IDFC and I am still awaiting. Everytime I call I am promised a call back and I have never recieved any yet.
I hope that this mail reaches the right person who actually wishes to help customers and either get me my money back or get that updated. Moreover continously trying to debit my account has resulted to charges on my account of more tha 1400 rs. But what bothers me more is the kind of customer service a bank like this provides who claims to say customer first.
Just hope for a better response this time or else I will have to seek some other door for help.
