Idp — Did not receive the refund

I had applied for refund of 14000/- on 16th September as they cancelled my IELTS test 2 days prior my exam date ( 17th Sept 2020) due to COVID-19. Its been over 20 days now that I have not received it. They had claimed that I will get my refund within 10-15 days. I had emailed them regarding the same. They are just telling that they have processed it and it is my delayed by the bank. I don't understand what is taking so long. Please kindly help to get my refund from IDP.
