I have been under IDP staff Manogna who is the sole reason for this compalint, due to her negligience my UK student VISA is not approved and I am in a loss of 90, 000 rs. I need an apology and a compensation for this error from the staff,

I have applied for EOR and got a successful result but after so many days, I did not get my refund

I had registered for IELTS exam on 16th March for exam on April 1st and for speaking test on March 27th. Further more, till today i didn't get any mail on confirming and details of exam venue.kindly help.

I am Sapna Rani from Shimla Himachal Pradesh. Yesterday in the morning i booked my ielts exam and paid for examination fees which already deducted from my account but I don't get any confirmation email. Please check it and refund my money as soon as possible I want to fill my exam thank you.

Today I.e, 11/2/2023 I booked pen and paper based IELTS for 11/03/2023 .Money 15, 500 is deducted from my account but I didn’t receive registration details.

Toady i filled the form of ielts exam and my 15500 money was paid to idp but 1 had not got any confirmation mail from them. I called on customer service number of idp and they said money would be refunded within 7 to 10 days please resolve it as soon as possible because i arranged the money with so much difficulties 🙏

I had booked an Ielts exam on 8 dec'2022 and paid Rs.15500
The amount got debited but I did not receive any confirmation mail.. my passport no is R2626058

Hello I gave my ielts exam on 23 July 2022 than I applied for my ERO and got my result on 17 August my band score is changed from 5 band to 6 band in writing but I didn't not get my fees refund my passport number is S6058132. I send email to idp they not respond.

I have appeared for ielts exam on 20 aug..i got my provisional result on 2 nd sept..but my e trf was showing error..i waited for 4 days..then on 6th sept i contacted IDP customer care..they told me that my documents were missing so mail it to us..i mailed all documents then they told that wait for 2 days..after 3 days i contacted once again..but they told wait for 2 more days..i have contacted atleast 4-5 times but the customer care is not responding..i want to submit my e trf to university as the deadline is very near..so kindly generate my etrf asap because I have already paid application fees of 200 cad..

I filled the eor and now my half band is increased and also i got the refund mail but i didn't receive the money in my account pls help me in this matter

I tried to book my IELTS slot for 3rd September on idp website. My money has been deducted but i did not receive any confirmation mail or message from idp. They deducted 15650₹. I tried contacting their customer support but no response from them as well. They did not even connect me to a representative. PLEASE help me and resolve this issue at earliest.

I have given my exam on 21 May and after getting my result I went for EOR due to low band in writting on 4th june and on 14 June my score had been changed to 6.5from 5.5 but till now i didnot recive my refund

I have given my IELTS on 29 March, still I haven't gotten my test report form. I'm in a need to apply for Universities and time is running out.

Hi, I have given my IELTS exam on 12th August, 2021 and till date they have not declared my result also there is no response on my emails. Test centre is saying to contact IDP but IDP is not giving any specific timeline or any solution to my problem. We are paying so much of money and top of the student's career is dependent on the result. IDP is such a big organization and they do not have any proper system.

I have given my exam on 12th Feb, 2022 and results should be out on 25th Feb but my results got delayed and they have mailed me after three days about my result that it went for additional quality checks. And today is 3rd March 2022 and I'm really worried about my application as my deadline for my course is 7th March. Still I'm waiting for my results to be out. IDP should atleast mentioned the exact date when it should be declared as many students who really depends on their results and at the end they are helpless because of this system by idp and for this system many students failed to apply their application on time.
So how long i have to wait for my results to be out.

it is showing 404 error as image attached below along with my front

It has been more than 13 days, since I have appeared for my ielts exam (29th of Jan, 2022), and yet I have not received my etrf. Whenever I am opening the eTRF option in my account, there is a 404 error page. I am on the process of my graduate admission and the university is demanding for the ielts eTRF.

Kindly look into this matter, as it is an urgent matter. Please

I requested for exam transfer or cancellation due to my health issues. As I tested positive and requested for transfer but no action is taken after back to back followups. Can you please look into this and do the needful assistance.

Registered for IELTS test but did not received any acknowledge mail or message.

My passport number is U9327595, i have given exam on 30 december 2021 and i haven't received my result yet so kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

My ielts results were published a week ago and still when I click on download ertf an error 404 file not found is appearing, I sent an email and they replied with an automated response that didn't resolve anything, I called the office and one guy who doesn't speak English responded ( why idp is hiring someone who doesn't speak english? !!) Again I sent another email, I contacted their number and the robot said the steps of downloading the ertf ( I know the steps ) it is just that my ertf is not existed on the portal. I will lose a scholarship if I don't submit my ertf before 20 january, results are announced since 12 january. Please help

Hello, I am having my IELTS speaking test slot on 15th but till now I haven't received any confirmation on my email or phone number. Please fix this ASAP.

I booked for my test on 26th November 2021.
My money got transferred but no booking happened. I emailed them, called them no response. it's been almost 10 days . Please look into this.
