Idp — Didn't get confirmation e-mail or any message

I registered for my exam on 30 Oct, but haven't recieved any confirmation mail or message from IDP yet. It's 2 Nov today.
I paid cash only. But my exam is on 11 Nov, when will i get confirmation???
