Idp — Exam transfer

Hi team,

My passport number is as follows.
Passport number: S1967665.
Request number:[protected].

I requested for exam transfer or cancellation due to my health issues. As I tested positive and requested for transfer but no action is taken after back to back followups. Can you please look into this and do the needful assistance.

Exam date booked: february 6th2022.
