I booked my IELTS exam using IDP Website TODAY. I filled up the form and made a transaction. Their website showed transaction failed but I haven't been registered. Since then, I tried calling them about this issue but they aren't responding well and they told me that there isn't any registration made under my name. 15500 rupees have been credited to their bank account and I don't how I will get my money back. Please help me to know when i'll get the refund.
