I've registered for ielts general training exam on 28th march 2020, the exam was not registered but an amount of rs.13400 was deducted from my account. I immediately called ur office regarding the same and i was informed that within 10 days i would be receiving my refund., but yet i've received any, regarding this i've called ur office thrice there was no proper response from your end. Each and every time coming up with new request...
The mistake was on idp's side they failed to register my exam and it's been 20 days and 25 calls yet no proper response from idp... Was this information helpful? |
