Idp — not received exam details

I filled ielts exam under idp india 10 nov 2018. It is 8 nov 2018 and yet i have not received any info regarding my reading, writing, listening, speaking module. I spoke today to idp executive mohali and they simply denied they do not have any information regarding to this. A candidate must receive his exam detail atleast two days prior to his exam.
