Idp — Payment deducted but my sit for IELTS exam was not confirmed. Please help me help me

I booked my IELTS slot on 19 Augest for september 7 but i did not receive any confirmation email. The payment was deducted from my bank account. 14000 is not a small amount. please help me get back my money
