Students are looking for genuine services, in my experience mentors especially bavita madam from IDP has no responsibility on their work. My dream is to do masters and one of my friends recommended Bavita madam is good and responsible. But in my case she is worst and i did complete process myself and she is worst in my case. When i request refund there will be no refund. If no service provided they must return amount, this policy from IDP should follow.
