I am a 25 year former employee of i Energizer . I had worked with i Energizer from Jan 2018 to September 13th 2020, the day on which i was terminated from the job instantly without any notice from the company.They had asked me to resign . It was a forceful resign . They have a big history of deducting my money for irrelevant and illogical reasons . There is no department for the welfare of employees. The managers working their are worst than criminals. SEXual harassment not only of girls but of decent boys is common in this company.the worst company ever . Kindly take strictest actions against those ###.

I parked my motor vehicle at front of tata tele services in noida sec 60, block a, where there is no legal parking of any one, but the parking in charge of ienergizer put a guy over there who is charging money from all the people i deny to pay the money asking for the proof of parking and id card they stated beating me, so kindly please check my case and do the need full and take some actions about the in charge whose name is sonu, i raised a complaint to local police but they did not help me out

I have updated KYC(bank account number) on epfo portal in order to claim my pf but the KYC is pending since 26/09/2020 on ienergizer end as they need to approve the KYC update. Please approve KYC so that I will be able to withdraw my pf.

Sir, My name is Anil Kumar Rai, emp id:T128217. I resigned my company Ienergizer on 7th jan 2020 and not served notice period because of some personal issues in family. Now when i visit the company 1st oct to get my relieving letter. I found they have abscond me and now they want me to pay 35098 rupees as recovery amount. They say 25000 is training expenses and 18000 gross pay one month salary minus 5.5 days slary and 6 leaves adjustment....

Sir mera issue ye hai ki lockdown ki vajah se me office nhi a paya or bina kisi notice period ke mujhe job se nikal diya meri salery march tk di only but mere exit form me working time 30 april tak show kr rha hai me hr se mila koi mujhe better information nhi mili

There is a process samsung digital in bpo company ienergizer,
A-37, block a, sector 60, noida, uttar pradesh, 201301. I work in that process and takes chat of audio visual products. Due to lock down, we are working from home since 22nd march, 2020. We are not given our 4th week off since april. And in april, i was not well so i was given one day rest as 4th week off. Now they are not providing us our 4th week off in this month. I am doing my work so finely and i really need one day in a week to take rest.

Sir i have submitted the transfer claim from i energizer to my exististing company tele performance around 2 months ago but still it is showing only submitted it has not been accepted by them and even when i go to them to solve my problem they didn't do any thing... I have worked in ienergizer but i have not got my salary. My employee id is t 142056. I have been selected for samsung tech support & attended training for same before joining i was told that post certification your salary willl come but just before 2 days before certification they told me to not come office from tomorrow. They have not allowed to sit for certification. Kindly take strict legal action. I want my salary....

My name is nikhil & my employee id was t-137296. I was working in dineout process and my joining date was 14 january 2019 -8 february-2019. Once i was not feeling well so i took the leave but they want prescription of one day. One casual leave is allow, then i came there but my manager did'nt allowed me to sit in the process or login also... And i was absconded by 8/02/2019... And your salary circle is "1-31" and your salary release date...

This is regarding my pf issue, here by to inform that my ifsc code mentioned, when i am going to claim for my pf is kkbk0000958 which is wrong. Account number mention there is correct but only issue is with ifsc code. The correct ifsc code is kkbk0000181 (Noida branch). I already raised a request from unified member portal to change this.
So, please let me know if any further...

I would like to inform you that parking situated outside the premise of ienergizer a-37 sector 60 noida charges very huge parking amount which is totally unnecessary. The charge is 40 r/s for 2 wheeler and 80 r/s for 4 wheeler without any receipt which is non bearable by the employees. People outside from different cities are here to earn and its very expensive to bear this huge parking amount. We can say its more than the petrol amount. I requested you to look in to it and resolve this as soon as possible.

Bankdeduct the 3000 rupees of the maintenance charge. First i just want to say before deduct any amount from the account they should have to send the sms to aware about the money that you have zero balance and keep sufficient amount in your account but they don't. I had to transfer the money to home but due to deduction of the amount unable to send the money to home. Now i want to claim on the bank how i get my money back give me reply as soon as possible

Hi, my name is vishal hoon t115485 and this complaint is regarding the salary not paying as commited and mental torture and stress which i was facing by my team leader.

I was working here in makemytrip process as a customer care executive. I submitted my resignation on 8th dec 2017 (Once already given in november but they said not to resign, and my issue will be solved as soon as possible.

The senior manager was very rude towards me and asked for resign as he want work as he want. Just to increase his incentive and gpm slab why should i do work like animal. There are many harassments done by manager like cancelled my weak off and said i[censored] will not come that day then don't need to come back to office again.
They always said work according to us else we will put your salary on hold and refer to hr.
