Hi.
My name is vikas T106207 I am working in this company since jan 2017...my sallery do credit in my account per month but this month of sallery is not credited in account while all of my who did join this company with me got their sallery in their account. When I went to the tl for asking why I didn't get my sallery he didn't reply well then after I went to the manager of our process(carrier) he said that someone wrote him that my account no. Is not correct in email that is why my sallery will come by cheque .I asked him who sender this email he didn't reply ...Than I went to the hr who is responsible person here in sec 10 noida of I energizer his name is some neetu maybe.
I asked them...He treat me like I ve done big crime by asking this issue...
Now I m getting harassed by this company no one is cooperative here who listen employ, s issue. By this way last lime I got half sallery there is 4 EL and 4 CL are available in my account. No one is responding
Should I go somewhere else to do this complaint, s or what

My name is Vikas . I started my career with Ienergizer in May 2012 . I learnt so many things but after given four years in April i lost my Job due to my one mistake on that time i accepted my fault and left the Organization without any issue even after promissed with me they haven't provide me a relaving latter .

Again in the month November i got an opportunity to work with Ienergizer .I joined again but within 3 months they blocked my ID without any concern even none of any HR member came to know that what happen with me .

I am still looking for Adarsh Sir mail id so that i can explain my issue .

Yesterday I came for an interview over there then they were not told me about laptop submission or not allowed next day is my joining day and my visiting timming was 11:00 A.M and i m still standing over there from 10:30 A.M Now the time is 11:45 A.M and still they have no solution for me and I come over here by 2 hours run and I also carry my laptop as well so this is not the rule for the candicates.
So I need an answer immediately...

and TL
didn't accept my resign. now from last 15 days i am trying to withdraw my
PF but,
concern HR team is not signing on my PF form.kindly help me on the matter.

Everything was good during my tenurity but now problem is in f&f.
I resigned this organization by serving 30 days notice period, and till now i haven't got the f&f cheque, i went to hr 2 times to get the f&f cheque (As per the time provided by the hr) but every time they said,...

I am akanchha Srivastava employe I'd t72072, I am ex employees of it worked there for 10 month in paytm process, I havens got my 1500 amount as I was call on holi and the management ask me to pay 750 as extra incentive but till now this is not been credited to my account on the top of that ienerger detected my salary of 750 so ienergizee is not providing me 1500 and the procedure of fnf is pathetic its been bad experience with ienergizer kindly update your management n manager

Hii all, i worked with ienergizer frm 30th oct 2015 nd left company on 19/06/2016 after some argument with process am.at time of joing it was infrmed 2000 security deposit will be refunded at time of seperation.bt after leaving d job i asked the same with hr and nw she is saying its nt applicable as you didnt served notice period. i tried to give notice 2time to my process managed bt he didnt accepted nd torted the paper in front of everyone. they were harrassing the employess without any reason. on evry day at log out time that am ankush choudhary alwaya pull out wrong report nd said nt to log out as login hour is short. on very nxt days when final ytd was posted by mis team it alwayz shows extra 10mins.when asked to him abt this he was either mum or do pointless argue.he was sometimes biasing employee on basis of caste even. he had made that platinum tata process the worst one.plz help me in getting back my hard earned Rs. 2000.

Hi, My name is Yogesh Kumar and this complaint is regarding the mental torture and stress which I am still not receive my last month of salary and also not receive my relieving latter that is due in my last organization Ienergizer (A-37 Sec 60 Noida-201301). I have worked with Ienergizer (EMP ID--T36097) from 01 May-12 to 21 Sep-015. According to the company’s policies, employees have to serve 1 months notice period prior leaving the company, if not they have to give 1 months salary in order to obtain the Relieving certificates and settle the dues. I have resigned from the organization on 21/08/015 and gave one month notice from 21Aug-015 to 21Sep-015. My resignation was accepted by my AVP Mr.Ankur Arora. In leiu of that my whole salary for the month of September was not credited in my account (Not a problem). I went to the concerned person (Mr.Satendra Tyagi, Ph no-[protected],[protected] in the HR to obtain the relieving certificate and salary hold by your process AVP (Mr.Ankur Arora) due to same ZTP case. I don't understand when i have complete my notice period on date 21 Sep, 2015. And also HR confirm ZTP Date was 23 Sep-15 how is to possible, when my last working day was 21 Sep-15, I belong to a middle class family and have some responsibilities on my shoulder. Commuting from Hathras to Noida for my own settlement cheque requires time and travel expenses. I am not demanding anything else; I just need justice and my money which is due from the organization. One of my friends has raised his issue in the consumer court online; he got the justice, though the case was different. Please don’t break my faith and kindly address this issue as appropriate. Hi, this is to inform you that we have tried the food so many times but from last 2 or 3 times our experience is not good and today it was a heights of limits crossed as the food was not served on time and the food which they were serving that was for someone else order when i asked to give me my order he was serving the cold food which was not cooked properly asked for the refund so they tried to cheat me asked for the manager he also said that it was served like this when i was standing there for 45 min and they were not serving my order as they were providing the wrong statement so as i am working in the corporate i will share the same with my office and would never even try to visit haldiram and not even recommend other for the corporate parties as well. this happen i guess its a main branch sector 25 noida spice mall

Hello iEnergizer,
It has come to my notice that despite it being a national holiday tomorrow iEnergizer is going to open your office for Samsung (HHP) process. As far as I know it is clearly prohibited to open the office on a national holiday.
As far as employees are concerned they are forced to join office and threatened of financial consequences i[censored]nable to do so.
Could you please check if this is legal.
I think this is really frustrating for the employees as well as unlawful.
