Hi team this is Mohit Pundir I worked with ienerzizer for 2.5 years in dishtv email process my employe I'd is t135853 still I didn't get my el amount I had 7 el in account after resignation I have visited many times in inereziger but still didn't credit amount of my el. I have got experience letter and rest salary. But el amount pending so request you please credit my 7 el amount

My self sruthin s nair.i had worked in this company in max process.in this process I did 10 days working bt havnt got actuall salary.my package was 18k CTC bt for 10 days I got only 2200.and then I changed to oyo process.under the trainer Pooja Rawat at oyo process.she told dat every one will be certified.bt when my turn came I did certification and pooja told dat your certification had done bt the nxt day she is saying that client had declined ur call so u r not certified.at that tym I asked her k even she gave me wrong information.and I had lost my job.and now I'm totally helpless and bcoz of this company I'm in debt.so kindly request you that take necessary action regarding it otherwise I should go leagly by the name of company and the peoples who played with my life

I asked for my experience letter for my tenure from Oct/2010- Sept/2011. I formally resigned in August’11 serving my notice period. My manager Jatin Chanana/Anurag Kull never submitted my resignation or my ID or headset. I never received my last salary in sept but when I asked my manager on a personal level, he said it got adjusted in fnf as he was releasing me early. After 10 yrs now I want to restart working, but I am told that I was absconding which came as a shock & they are asking for 45k for settlement for a mistake that I didn’t make. Why should I get penalized for my Managers Ill motives? I mentioned the reason in my resignation. Anurag was a horrible man who made my life miserable because I didn’t entertain his advances and I decided to leave in peace. Not just Anurag abused his power to spoil my work experience with IE but also jeopardize my tenure. Not just this every month iE used to deduct Rs 580 for no reason when I asked for a salary slip it wasn’t given to me untill May 2011 where I escalated this matter to Anurag too which he never resolved. One year of ordeal and today I came to know how they messed up. Kindly help. I never asked for it as I didn’t want to lose my peace but now I want a full and final settlement with IE. They messed up and not ready to take full responsibility and f their actions.

I joined the organization in september 2017 and left the organization in January 2021.

As I gave an instant resign so I had to pay some amount and I paid 21K(approx). My last working day was 9th Jan however HR told me that they didn't received the attendance report yet so can't mark any attendance for the month of January but said this will be fixed in fnf.

Now I am contacting them via call which they don't answer or reply to my email. I worked 61 Hours extra (OT) i.e 120X61= 7320 in the month of December 2020 and January 2021 for which I am not paid yet. Along with 4000 of my incentive I earned for the month of December 2020 total amount stuck is 11320 INR.

I want sallerry sleep but this process is not given sallerry sleep

I am a 25 year former employee of i Energizer . I had worked with i Energizer from Jan 2018 to September 13th 2020, the day on which i was terminated from the job instantly without any notice from the company.They had asked me to resign . It was a forceful resign . They have a big history of deducting my money for irrelevant and illogical reasons . There is no department for the welfare of employees. The managers working their are worst than criminals. SEXual harassment not only of girls but of decent boys is common in this company.the worst company ever . Kindly take strictest actions against those ###.

I parked my motor vehicle at front of tata tele services in noida sec 60, block a, where there is no legal parking of any one, but the parking in charge of ienergizer put a guy over there who is charging money from all the people i deny to pay the money asking for the proof of parking and id card they stated beating me, so kindly please check my case and do the need full and take some actions about the in charge whose name is sonu, i raised a complaint to local police but they did not help me out

I have updated KYC(bank account number) on epfo portal in order to claim my pf but the KYC is pending since 26/09/2020 on ienergizer end as they need to approve the KYC update. Please approve KYC so that I will be able to withdraw my pf.

There is a process samsung digital in bpo company ienergizer,
A-37, block a, sector 60, noida, uttar pradesh, 201301. I work in that process and takes chat of audio visual products. Due to lock down, we are working from home since 22nd march, 2020. We are not given our 4th week off since april. And in april, i was not well so i was given one day rest as 4th week off. Now they are not providing us our 4th week off in this month. I am doing my work so finely and i really need one day in a week to take rest.

Sir i have submitted the transfer claim from i energizer to my exististing company tele performance around 2 months ago but still it is showing only submitted it has not been accepted by them and even when i go to them to solve my problem they didn't do any thing... I have worked in ienergizer but i have not got my salary. My employee id is t 142056. I have been selected for samsung tech support & attended training for same before joining i was told that post certification your salary willl come but just before 2 days before certification they told me to not come office from tomorrow. They have not allowed to sit for certification. Kindly take strict legal action. I want my salary.

I would like to inform you that parking situated outside the premise of ienergizer a-37 sector 60 noida charges very huge parking amount which is totally unnecessary. The charge is 40 r/s for 2 wheeler and 80 r/s for 4 wheeler without any receipt which is non bearable by the employees. People outside from different cities are here to earn and its very expensive to bear this huge parking amount. We can say its more than the petrol amount. I requested you to look in to it and resolve this as soon as possible.

Bankdeduct the 3000 rupees of the maintenance charge. First i just want to say before deduct any amount from the account they should have to send the sms to aware about the money that you have zero balance and keep sufficient amount in your account but they don't. I had to transfer the money to home but due to deduction of the amount unable to send the money to home. Now i want to claim on the bank how i get my money back give me reply as soon as possible

Hi, my name is vishal hoon t115485 and this complaint is regarding the salary not paying as commited and mental torture and stress which i was facing by my team leader.

I was working here in makemytrip process as a customer care executive. I submitted my resignation on 8th dec 2017 (Once already given in november but they said not to resign, and my issue will be solved as soon as possible.

The senior manager was very rude towards me and asked for resign as he want work as he want. Just to increase his incentive and gpm slab why should i do work like animal. There are many harassments done by manager like cancelled my weak off and said i[censored] will not come that day then don't need to come back to office again.
They always said work according to us else we will put your salary on hold and refer to hr.

My name is vikas T106207 I am working in this company since jan 2017...my sallery do credit in my account per month but this month of sallery is not credited in account while all of my who did join this company with me got their sallery in their account. When I went to the tl for asking why I didn't get my sallery he didn't reply well then after I went to the manager of our process(carrier) he said that someone wrote him that my account no. Is not correct in email that is why my sallery will come by cheque .I asked him who sender this email he didn't reply ...Than I went to the hr who is responsible person here in sec 10 noida of I energizer his name is some neetu maybe.
I asked them...He treat me like I ve done big crime by asking this issue...
Now I m getting harassed by this company no one is cooperative here who listen employ, s issue. By this way last lime I got half sallery there is 4 EL and 4 CL are available in my account. No one is responding
Should I go somewhere else to do this complaint, s or what

My name is Vikas . I started my career with Ienergizer in May 2012 . I learnt so many things but after given four years in April i lost my Job due to my one mistake on that time i accepted my fault and left the Organization without any issue even after promissed with me they haven't provide me a relaving latter .

Again in the month November i got an opportunity to work with Ienergizer .I joined again but within 3 months they blocked my ID without any concern even none of any HR member came to know that what happen with me .

I am akanchha Srivastava employe I'd t72072, I am ex employees of it worked there for 10 month in paytm process, I havens got my 1500 amount as I was call on holi and the management ask me to pay 750 as extra incentive but till now this is not been credited to my account on the top of that ienerger detected my salary of 750 so ienergizee is not providing me 1500 and the procedure of fnf is pathetic its been bad experience with ienergizer kindly update your management n manager

Hii all, i worked with ienergizer frm 30th oct 2015 nd left company on 19/06/2016 after some argument with process am.at time of joing it was infrmed 2000 security deposit will be refunded at time of seperation.bt after leaving d job i asked the same with hr and nw she is saying its nt applicable as you didnt served notice period. i tried to give notice 2time to my process managed bt he didnt accepted nd torted the paper in front of everyone. they were harrassing the employess without any reason. on evry day at log out time that am ankush choudhary alwaya pull out wrong report nd said nt to log out as login hour is short. on very nxt days when final ytd was posted by mis team it alwayz shows extra 10mins.when asked to him abt this he was either mum or do pointless argue.he was sometimes biasing employee on basis of caste even. he had made that platinum tata process the worst one.plz help me in getting back my hard earned Rs. 2000.

i dont need anything else frm this worst company.
