iEnergizer — Company is not giving pf and esic card | |||
Hi My name is Fajal Ansari. I joined this company on 10-Feb-2014. I was working here in Naaptol Process as a Customer Care Executive. I submitted my resignation on 28-Dec-2014. Assistant Manager (Alok) told me serve 15 days notice period. But I could not serve 15 days notice period and resigned instantly. They accepted my resignation. They did not provided the Relieving Letter and the company had not provided the FNF, neither the gave my ESIC card nor they are doing signature on PF withdrawal form. Now they asking for Rs. 25000 but I am ready to pay basic salary of 1 month. They also did not gave my last salary for complete 1 month ( Dec-2014). I am completely helpless, kindly help me to provide them my relieving letter and ESIC card and PF.
