[Resolved]  iEnergizer — Relieving letter

Hello Team,

I worked for I energizer for 4 Years and 10 months. I got promoted & week later I was terminated (Reason; I said something which was not appropriate according to company policies on the call to the customer, , since it is a call center.)

Fine, However when i asked them for my Relieving letter, , i was told to meet Account HR & to pay charges ( Training charge +other charges) which will be go up to 40, 000 ₹. I failed to understand this but since i worked for long time so I needed Relieving letter)

I went to Account HR & asked to let me know what amount I need to pay, , , HR people checked ..& told that there is No amount i need to pay, I could take Relieving without paying anything.

They asked me to meet someone whose name was ( Mr Satinder..not sure).

This person suggested me to ask my VP/AVP or Manager to mark email to HR saying that they have relieved Varun Sharma( ME).

I did this many Times and VP/AVP OR Manager never Marked Email to HR. I went office numerous times & every time i was promised they will be sending it but they never.

I got exhausted & stopped going there, Now I need this Relieving letter Badly since it is going to get me Employment which I do not have at the moment. I

I think they do not want this to get done because they have to go for F&F wherein they need to pay money .,

I received salary slip after all this happened however never received that money (I am attaching salary slip).

I am hoping that you would look into this mater & will help.
