Relieving letter

Hello Team,

I worked for I energizer for 4 Years and 10 months. I got promoted & week later I was terminated (Reason; I said something which was not appropriate according to company policies on the call to the customer, , since it is a call center.)

Relieving letter issue

Sir, My name is Anil Kumar Rai, emp id:T128217. I resigned my company Ienergizer on 7th jan 2020 and not served notice period because of some personal issues in family. Now when i visit the company 1st oct to get my relieving letter. I found they have abscond me and now they want me to pay 35098 rupees as recovery amount. They say 25000 is training expenses and 18000 gross pay one month salary minus 5.5 days slary and 6 leaves adjustment....

relieving letter issue

Hr, management team, manager, team lead are not responding properly.

regarding the exploitation of employees

My name is nikhil & my employee id was t-137296. I was working in dineout process and my joining date was 14 january 2019 -8 february-2019. Once i was not feeling well so i took the leave but they want prescription of one day. One casual leave is allow, then i came there but my manager did'nt allowed me to sit in the process or login also... And i was absconded by 8/02/2019... And your salary circle is "1-31" and your salary release date...

Account number mention there is correct but only issue is with ifsc code. The correct ifsc code is kkbk0000181 (Noida branch). I already raised a request from unified member portal to change this.

Security checking

Yesterday I came for an interview over there then they were not told me about laptop submission or not allowed next day is my joining day and my visiting timming was 11:00 A.M and i m still standing over there from 10:30 A.M Now the time is 11:45 A.M and still they have no solution for me and I come over here by 2 hours run and I also carry my laptop as well so this is not the rule for the candicates.
