iEnergizer — Relieving letter

Hi Sir
I am Mitali Mohanty emp id(T115149).I was working with Ienergizer from Sep 2017 till Jan 2020.Unfortunately I had left the job.I was expecting and my Medical Condition was very bad. I had so many complications during my pregnancy.Doctor advised me for complete bedrest.I requsted the management to give me advance maternity leaves or LWPs.Management advised me that they can only allow me leaves from 8month of my pregnancy.I provided all my documents.But no body helped me.I was working for ienergizer for more than 2 years I never wanted to leave.But due to my medical condition unfortunately I left in Jan 2020 as nobody helped.After that I got message from my senior manager that they referred me to HR.
Recently i contacted my senior managers they said I need to speak with HR or might be I need to buy out my relieving letter.Now I am in odisha in my home town as I have 10 months old baby and I am not in a condition to travel from Odisha to Noida in this Covid 19 pandemic.Also I am in no condition to afford one month salary to buy out the relieving letter.

Sir kindly help me regarding my relieving letter.
