iEnergizer — relieving letter issue

Hi,
Can someone please let me know any email or concern person alias who can take action on an incident that took place at ienergizer (Noida sector 60, india location).

Hr, management team, manager, team lead are not responding properly.

Someone who is very close to me left the organization after serving notice period and they are not giving any confirmation nor a relieving letter till now.

Need an urgent help.

They do not have a record of my PF number. I have sent them an email and they are not replying. On call they told me that there is no PF number for me. My emp id was T-47850. I am attaching my salary slip that shows my P[censored]sed to be deducted.
