I was working for ienergizer for more than 1 year 2 months. Without any proper reason I was being thrown out of the company and not gave me salary not experience letter. I was being tortured by roblox process team leader Monu kumar. I was one of THE BEST agents in that process. I have given training to many new comers in that process. I used to clear all my quality parameters and my target each month. But my team leader always had problem with me whenever I ask for leave he granted leave but afterwards he used to apply my leave exception according to him and every month I was not able to achieve my incentive. And I have informed him that I have completed more than one year and applied for other specialised department but he always rejected my application by telling false statements to higher authorities. I have applied 3 times for appraisal and this person always rejected them with lame excuses. Still I was ready to work as I was concentrating on my experience letter. Later on i was not able to work for 3 days as I was under medication and it was already informed and I had leave balance as well l, still this person marked it as absent. So I decided to change my team and informed him about the same. He started yelling at me in office premises in front of everyone and took me to the manager ( Manish Kapoor). I told the manager that I am not comfortable in his team my manager without even asking the reason behind it he also started yelling at me as if I have done crime. He asked me to leave office on the 20th day of the month. The next day I went to HR and had conversation with HR head ( Rickle) he was not at all helpfull. He informed me that I will get my experience letter and salary and told me to go to finance team. And when I went there finance department agent said I need a signature from my team leader to proceed the process. Afterwards I called my team leader regarding the same he and the manager both said they won't sign in my relieving documents.
And my reason for leaving the company was mentioned as non performer when I was one of the top agents in that process for productivity.
All my efforts for 1 year gone waste and one month salary not given. Whom to complaint not even a single person is there who will stand by look after these problems.
It happens only in India thanks to all ### present to look after the law.
