Very worst service full of wrong commitmenti i raised two complaint ([protected], [protected]) no use dont go for this product.

Without attending they are closing the ticket i raised on 23.03.2018 till date 02.04.2018 no response on same day i raised complaint in samsung fr another ac they rectifed on the same day

Compared to other brand its costly bt in service very very worst.

    I booked my ifb front load automatic machine request on 30.03.2018.
    My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. At the time of my booking the customer care attendant informed me that machine will be washed with a chemical that will cost ₹ 170/-.
    The service engineer will hand over the bill of that chemical material. Now today one service engineer called me up and informed that not one, two pouches are required for servicing the machine.
    What is this, who is conveying the wrong information. For the meanwhile due to this mismatch of information, i got cancelled my service request.
    Pl get it checked.

      I had bought a new ifb washing machine top load model 5 months back. Within a week after purchase it started making noises and so i called the customer care. They sent a technician to resolve the issue. He couldn't fix the issue and he went. I called them like 5-6 times on customer care and they keep sending the technician who can't solve the issue. I asked for a replacement as nobody can fix the issue but now they tell washing machine is 5 months old so can't be replaced. I am tired with this. Very bad product and service.

        I have bought an IFB microwave on 26th March. I was promised it would be installed as well as a demonstration for the date if 29th March between 11-11.30. I have been waiting for the service men but nobody has turned up and the customer care is unresponsive/ careless. the company is not bothered to answer calls or bother to speak to the customer if there is any inconvenience, I would like for this matter to be looked into as it really important.

          I bought a washing machine, Senorita VX, IFB 4 years ago which in turn had problems of broken drum and belt 2 weeks ago. My concern is your service man attended the product in september month 2017 and this problem looks far ahead of it then why he didn't tell this to me that time when my product was already under the warranty period. If he is not capturing it than what's the purpose of service. This is really unexpected from IFB which is a world leader in this area.

          In addition to this, also the technician who attended the servicing few months back came to my house asking for warranty extension just after the warranty got expired saying there's a problem in my machine's drum and I should extend the warranty period by giving the amount around 3500 INR so as to get the things fixed up after a week which clearly indicates that he was already knowing the issue and insisting me to spend money rather than taking care at the time of product servicing.

          Also with subject to this I have mailed IFB regarding the whole subject matter but till date haven't received any resolution.

          At the last i registered complain about the issue at IFB customer care and their local body gave me an estimate of 6800 INR which is just too much.

          I have seen people running their washing machine for more than 10 years without any problem which i believe is a clear product failure from IFB this time as the heart of the machine itself haven't long lasted.

          I will never recommend anyone to buy such product.

            water leakage

            After starting the washing machine... The water does not leakes. But after some time, the water startes leaking. There is some problem in washing machine. May be due to the effect of rubber. The washing machine does not working properly due to that leakage.So some of the dust is inside in the washing machine. This dust particles were not washed away from the washing machine. So the machine doesn't working properly....

            My machine is under warranty. On 9 march the washing machine stop working, so l lodged a complaint on 10 march. Within 24 hrs the technician came and replaced the lock of the machine charging 1249/-. After the technician was gone i started the machine on express 15 and it was stop in between. So i gave a call to the service center on the same day, but the technician didn't come up for 2 or 3 days. Then how the technician came and replaced the rubber charging 1850/- and there were also some panel issue, so he said he will replace it after 2 days. Today is 23 march and he didn't show up. After constant calling the technician call me and he said he will charge me for the panel 4850/- and today also he didn't show up. This is how ifb provide service to it's customer. Next time the customer will think twice before buying ifb products. One more thing technicians don't even wear i card while providing service to its customers.

            I'm the parson who have posted complaint above. Finally my machine started working. I am really happy. IFB after sale service is not so good like others. IFB should improve their after sale service. As I think they trying to improve it, and I appreciate their concern towards me.

              His is to reference to IFB Washing Machine model IFB W/M Elite VX 7 kg 1000 RPM serial no.[protected] purchased on[protected]

              Your kind attention is invited to the complaint No [protected], dated[protected].
              Accordingly a technician visited on[protected], charged Rs590.00 as service charge and reflected for the change of drum (tub). Again an amount of Rs 8590.00 was paid on[protected] towards the cost of the new tub. It was observed that the tub for replacement was a used tub, even this was pointed out to the technician and this has been confirmed as the amount has been received on the JOB CARD by the visiting technician.

              After the drum replacement, the machine was in WORKING CONDITION, however producing a negligible sound on spin cycle. Though the machine was in working condition, the technician advised for the change of machine shockers, and would next day to do so.
              On 16.03.2018, another technician visited for the change of shockers.
              When as within 15 minutes he left the house, saying very hastly that display board is out of order, where as the board was working when he first started the machine and left without changing the shockers.
              Its been almost a week, we are in a very disabling situation, not being able to use the machine in spite of paying and calling the customer care to address our grievance.
              My mother is very sick, and we urgently require the washing machine for fresh clothes.

              The whole experience has been very harassing for us.

                Our dishwasher was taken for repair on feb 2nd by vigneshwar enterprises, an authorised ifb service provider located at 4th cross, 6th main, gokula 2nd phase, mathikere, bangalore. They returned it in a week and showed that it all worked fine. It did, so payment was made. A couple of hours later i tried to operate it and it didn't turn on. I called the service engineer who didn't pick up his phone so i messaged him saying that its not working, please come and take a look.

                After chasing him and calling the franchise office and the manager (Who is forever traveling and never picks up his phone!), the service engineer came and said he will have to take the dishwasher back to the workshop, that was more than a month ago and since then i have no idea of what is happening to the dishwasher or where it is.

                I call the service engineer vijay - most of the times doesn't pick up his up phone, or he is sick so not going to office, or going to office and will find out and let me know - never calls me back.
                I call the office - the receptionist shyamili has no clue, keeps saying give me a day i will find out and will call you back - never calls back
                I finally managed to get to talk to the manager karthik - he says sorry mam, let me find out and will call you right back - that was 5 days ago and i sent him a reminder but still no news!

                Amongst all the service providers in bangalore, vigneshwar enterprises has been most irresponsible and unprofessional one. Kindly do not use them for any of your home appliances servicing. Not sure why ifb lists vigneshwar enterprises as their authorised franchise and connects customers to it.

                Ifb, vigneshwar enterprises will not tell me what is happening to my dishwasher. I am left with no other option than to post it on social media and consumer complaints, so that you will find out and give me an answer.

                  They are totally irresponsible people. Every time i call customer care service, they say they will escalate the matter, but obviously nothing happens. fed up of calling customer care service. i have booked 1st complaint on feb 8th . till now the problem hasnt been sorted. the technician who comes also is so inefficient, he cant identify the problem.such a worst experience with IFB. very interesting to realise such a big company maintains poor services for customers. you must know that customers are not fools.

                      I have purchased one washing machine of ifb make of the above mentioned model from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd at garia shop kolkata on 16/11/2015 (Tax invoice no 2624/1516/16688). As per the warranty card 4 free service is to be given by company. Out of four services one service is given by the ifb company and they have made phone calls two times to attend for service but nobody have come. Recently one message received that the customer doesn't want avail the service. Therefore, i earnestly requested to arrange for service as per the the terms and conditions.

                        I lodged a complaint of washing machine on 17.218 which moves during spinning, new trolley was installed on advise of your vendor, but machine still moves on spinning. I again lodged complaint on 13/3/18 and talked to sh sunil sharma and sh ayush stationed at chandigarh, but in vain. Even the ticket no is not coming on registered telephone no [protected]. Kindly get the defect rectified and see whether the replacement of trolley was actually required.

                          Hello team,

                          I've bought ifb washing machine front loader 6 kg in 2016. Right now i'm not facing any issues. Day before yesterday (14th march 2018) i got a call from ifb stating fo free service. While enquiring them they said no charges. But once the person visited the machine, he told to clean the drum that costs 3000rs/-. And he insisted to clean with the ifb powder only.

                          We are using other brands only. While we resisted tio change, he didn't service the machine and he left the place. Moreover your powder brand rates is differed from the persons with whom i spoke on call and the technician who visited to my home. I need a clear explanation what are all the terms that will be covered in free service period. I have warranty period. I don't mind to file a case in consumer board against you.

                            Hi,

                            I lodged the complaint on 15 feb 2018 ifb micro oven which didnt get start. My token number is [protected].

                            It's so unfortunate that your people did not have the courtesy to fix the problem till the today. As per ifb commitment the problem will be fixed with in 48 hrs of complaint.

                            When ever i called the customer care i am getting the false assurance stating that it's going to be fixed today. (I really dont know which day). Every time they will give different phone # of the service provider which is either wrong number are no one will pick the call.

                            I have spoken to the 7-8 customer care people. & all representative confirming address every time.

                            I have wasted money and 2 complete full day in call your customer care and waiting for the service. Yet, your people are not able to fix the issue.

                            Hope some one has the courtesy to respond to my mail.

                            As the cycle is completed it was not stoping and runing for 2nd cycle and taking long time more than 3 hrs
                            This machine always go for complaints i want this machine to work as efficiently as ifb. Iwant this complaint must be acepte and rectified just before the day of complaint

                                Sir we have made more than 42 complaints and we are still complaining:

                                Sir since last 18 months, we have made more than 42 complaints, and still following customer care:

                                1. For the first time when machine was damaged, the storage tray was broken, and stand was missing;

                                2. After some days, when again machin was not respoding and buttons were not responding problems:

                                Some times, valve problems, door lock problem, board problem 2 times, water signal problems?

                                3. Machine went to change board once in okhla work shop, recieved after some many days

                                4. Machine still had prblems, than the mechanic told us that is problem is our electricity, we need to have install earthing wire, that problem will be solved.

                                B) we did same and after few days again, same problem exisist.

                                5. Than again a mechanic came to repair, he told fault is in water pressure, need to change the tab and make direct fitting from water tank.

                                6. We did the same, now the problem still exist.

                                7. Now from last 3 months, we are complaining and have no responce, and machine is not working.

                                Sir you are request to replace our machine, at your earliest, and save us from further harrasment.

                                  Choolaimedu, Chennai. On Saturday (10/3/18) my IFB Washing machine Elena DX was in the last rinse cycle and the belt got cut. Subsequently the machine itself drained water and we took out the clothes without spin and gave complaint.(10.31 hrs to[protected].Since no response, we again gave complaint on 12/3/18 @ 2.26 pm. I came to understand that only 2nd time it got registered. Service man from Royal Enterprises, Korattur, came and changed the belt for ₹960/-. Even though it is under AMC and will be due in May, he insisted for new AMC @ ₹5130/- minus ₹1000/-. Yet we still signed the AMC for two years. What I suspected is that after changing the belt, he told my wife to change the front gasket also for ₹3800/- since it is torn. Since I suspected foul play I did not consent and coming home I found a 4 inch tear in the gasket inside the flap. Water will simply pour out from the machine through this tear. Last time this firm made us to buy the filter for ₹1800/-. When there was no leak during the previous wash how a big tear will come all of a sudden. I suspect the damage was made by the serviceman to make us buy at a huge cost. This the 4th IFB Washing m/c & we are having for more than 23 yrs. First time this is a bad experience and request to investigate.

                                    The IFB Washing machine (EVA AQUA SX 10890) caught fire and we informed your customer executive regarding this issue, By which they came in person and investigated the situation.

                                    He informed that the product will be replaced as soon as possible its been 2 months since then and still no replacement has been made.

                                    Warranty copy has been attached for your reference

                                    Please take action immediately on the same.

                                      I have taken IFB Elena 6kg Front load in July 2014 and ever since then I am facing a lot of problems with this machine.
                                      My clothes are being torn. Literally there are holes bieng created on my clothes. I have logged complaints several times, IFB engineers have come several times
                                      and changed something or the other but there seems to be no improvement.
                                      I suppose there will be no improvment since your product itself is faulty and useless.
                                      Your quality team and engineer last visited on 2 March 18. Prior to this there have been several enginers who have come and changed something or the other to fix this problem for the last 3 years but are not successful till date.

                                      I have spoken to Miss Vandana and she has no reply to my query. All she has to say is that she has informed her boss Mr. Kunal Gupta (Branch Manager)
                                      This Manager does not have the courtesy to call and respond to customers complaint nor does he picks up customers call.

                                      I have also spoken to Mr shailesh who seems to be the service Manager. This man needs to be trained first how to speak with customer. He has no customer etiquetts.He speaks very rudely and harshly and to add to it, he says you are using low quality material.
                                      For your kind information we use branded clothes and even low quality clothes if put any simple washing machine also she not tear by holes in them.
                                      He says no customer has this problem only you have, so is this my problem or your product problem.

                                      I told the quality person who came to my house on 2/3/18 that the STEAM option has some problem, since I use the same only. To that the quality executive Mrs Sharada and Mr. Chari said that please dont use the team option use HOT option.
                                      Then why have I brought this machine????

                                      With all this frustration I spoke to your call center and spoke to Miss Suman (floor incharge) and I found her very efficient in her work (ONLY PERSON IN IFB WHO IS EFFECIENT).
                                      This girl promised that she will call back and followed up with the same since she was sensitive to my complaint.
                                      Must Aprreciate Miss suman for the same.

                                      REST OF THE ENTIRE IFB TEAM IS USELESS AND HOPELESS INCLUDING MR. SHAILESH, MR. KUNAL GUPTA AND MISS VANDANA. I AM FIGHTING FOR MY MACHINE FOR THE PAST 3.5 YEARS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CALL LOG FOR THE SAME . PRIOR TO THIS I HAVE COMPLAINED ON 23/8/17, WHEREIN THE TECHNICIAN CAME REMOVED THE IFB STAND AND WENT BACK AND STILL TEHRE IS NO SOLUTION TO IT.
                                      MY TICKET NO RAISED IN YOUR CALL CENTER IS [protected]

                                      I AM REALLY FED UP AND NOW WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY AND I WILL BUY A NEW WASHING MACHINE AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IFB WASHING MACHINE.
                                      I WILL ALSO REGISTER THE SAME ON FACE BOOK AND CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE FORUM.
