Sir we have made more than 42 complaints and we are still complaining:

M/s kbm electronics in cs-1/32, lalita park, main vikas marg, laxmi..

Sir since last 18 months, we have made more than 42 complaints, and still following customer care:
1. For the first time when machine was damaged, the storage tray was broken, and stand was missing;
2. After some days, when again machin was not respoding and buttons were not responding problems:
Some times, valve problems, door lock problem, board problem 2 times, water signal problems?
3. Machine went to change board once in okhla work shop, recieved after some many days
4. Machine still had prblems, than the mechanic told us that is problem is our electricity, we need to have install earthing wire, that problem will be solved.
B) we did same and after few days again, same problem exisist.
5. Than again a mechanic came to repair, he told fault is in water pressure, need to change the tab and make direct fitting from water tank.
6. We did the same, now the problem still exist.
7. Now from last 3 months, we are complaining and have no responce, and machine is not working.
Sir you are request to replace our machine, at your earliest, and save us from further harrasment.
