Hi,

We bought a ifb microwave oven (20sc2) from sps tv palace in thiruvallur, tamilnadu on[protected]. We didn't get demo. We tried to use it but its not working. We just tried to make some hot water, but the turn table in the oven is not rotating.

So we called ifb customer care, and opened a ticket. The service person called, but he didn't came.

    Recently purchased IFB SENORITA AQUA. it is vibrating in normal washing. I cannot explain in spin. You can imagine how it would be in spin mode. Technician said it is normal. How it would be normal. Please suggest me. We purchased 2 months ago.

      I have come across many shameless people, institutions in my life but have never seen such a shameless company as ifb. They are shameless to that extent that they don’t even bother to call their genuine customers when the junk they sell starts to fail. Bought a dishwasher ifb vx and right from the start it started giving problems. Stops mid cycle and needs to be started again and again. Made a complain 4 or 5 days ago, but still waiting for the angels to call and deliver us. Each time you call the customer care they give a non-existent number and assure service. Many of my friends dissuaded me from buying a ifb device, but a fool as i am, i ignored them and now paying the price of my trust put in this lackluster company.
      Ifb!, if you guys have an iota of shame resolve the complaint or i will have no qualms in dragging you to consumer court for consumer harassment.

      Yes, at last the technicians arrived and checked.
      I would suggest you to improve the response time of complaints in future (I took almost 8 days just for the technician to arrive, let alone resolve), so that people won't have to roam about like headless chicken to get their complaints addressed.

      Is in full body electric current and the dealer (jain electronic) give us very bad service and the local service center is aslo treat bad with me so pleas kindly solve my problem...

        I have faced this much of complaints for the washing machine senorita vx 6kg.. During warranty period service engineer was not visited for the servicing. Problem faced for the spares which are working main parts as drum bearing, drum broken, panel board corrupt etc. My request to ifb has to visit & find out the root cause of frequent breakdowns. It will help to utilize the machine without breakdown & unnecessary failure of the main components.

        Dear sir,
        The Error was dPEr. It was normal 40 degrees initially. Later I noticed that any mode, even Drain mode, stopped with dPEr. My ifb washing machine model is Executive+ and it was bought three years before. I am getting this problem often .

          We are facing problem by ifb service point people at vijayawada in the month of june we have taken amc from them and day before yesterday we got some problem in washing machine we registered a complaint, today technician came and without any proper rectification just he is demanding for service charges at that time we told that we have amc, by listening he said if you pay 1050/- service charge then itself we touch the machine if not we go from here, after that we said we have amc in force if you are demanding we will fill a complaint against you by listening he went out by saying you can do as you like

          complaint no [protected], nil repair action till date. service engineer -[protected] is higly irresponsible and keep phone no off most of the time for follow up action.BRANCH COORDINATOR-[protected] -NIL FOLLOW UP AND NO FEED BACK-AREA MANAGER -[protected] -say i will ask engineer but very unhealthy and poor customer care by company rep and under taking the repair. NEVER NEVR GO FOR IFB PRODUCTS that is the lesson we learn.

            I was purchased ifb washing machine 2013...

            Last four years no service persons came and check. Even though we are following last six month no one is came and check my machine..

            Mean while my machine is not running now.. Ifb service persons came and checked last day he said pump issue... And he said last four years is not clean pump filter that why problem is comes and he said warranty is over now last month it self...

            Issues not our side because no one came and check last four years.. Kindly replace the pump free of cost...

            We need best support on this issue... Last six month before i will hosur ifb service persons.

            But number not working.

            So now i am i will contact customer care last 15 days is playing game.

            No one is not clarification my problem.

            So please resolve this issue other wise i will go to next level..

            I will contact day by day but issue not closed..

              There is a ifb service engineer who doesn't attend any calls made to him. He has also not returned the excess money that was paid to him. He leaves other people's parts at our home. He has made unfounded accusations about us which has led to a severe accusation made against us. His name is ganesh his number is [protected]. He has been here coming to our house for couple of years and this thing makes my parents furious. He must have reported that we use our machine for commercial use which is making our contract with company void even if it is not so.

                  I have a washing machine leakage problem in the month of jun 2017, gave a complaint to customer care of ifb. One person called me saying that you complained leakage problem of washing machine, i will come and check from ifb. I agreed and allowed him to check. After checking he says that its a drum problem, we cannot rectify, we need to take to factory. He gave estimated bill of rs.9575/- including transportation and warranty will be for 3 years. Then bill showing in the name of just services. He took the machine and returned back. I paid the amount and that time there was no leakage, he said that any further leakage you can call me directly, i will come and solve the problem. After a week it started leaking slightly, i called him, he says slight leakage will be their due to drum alignment, i will come and solve. Leakage increased, i started calling him on his two mobile numbers, both are not responding (Switched off/out of coverage signals). The mobile numbers are mr rehan, [protected] and [protected]. I called customer care of ifb again in dec 2017 and told the problem. They registered and sent mechanic for repair (Ticket no.[protected] dated 08 dec 2017). I shown the warranty card, he says that it’s not ifb invoice, its is fake bill, somebody duped you. I was shocked. Once i gave to customer care of ifb, how can somebody comes and repairs my washing machine. How come he came to know my machine has a problem? Ifb mechanic did not accept that bill with warranty. Again i paid to ifb mechanic for repairing the washing machine bill is attached for your information and action. I lost almost rs.10, 000/-, how can i get my money back. Mr rehan is not responding. Please check and get my money back.

                    Ifb - rcsg washing matching, 3 weeks back i have placed a order for ifb - washing machine in ifb - point at thirumangalam, chennai. Store manager mr. Mathan told it will be delivered within 2days. But he gave a false promise. And on that day we was waiting in home spoiling our whole day in a belief that washing machine will come. Then i called him and asked him. He said the washing machine is not available it will deliver after 5 days. Again i asked can you tell me the delivery date and time. He was not able to say the exact delivery date. After 7 days i received my washing machine. While placing order he said after delivery of washing the next day the demo people will come. It's been almost 5 days till now no demo people came to show how the washing machine works. Very very pathetic service. I won't recommend my friends to buy application in ifb point thirumangalam. Still my washing machine is in the box only. We haven't opened yet. Please see the attachment photos.

                      I have front load elite5.5 kg washing machine. Its warranty expired.
                      Last month due to some water lick-age issue i have call local engineer from urban clap. He has done very good job. But there were some spare part we require to change and he said ifb is not providing require spare parts to them so he can not change it. I cant belive this. So i have call ifb authorize service center and they said we are not giving spare parts to others, if you need to change any spare part our engineer will comes to visit will take 600 visit charge and if he will change the spare part than we can provide. What the #???
                      Is this the way of ifb doing monopoly business?
                      I unnecessary require to pay visit charge to ifb engineer. Today ifb engineer came and taken visit charge and said i will comes after 1-2 days with require spare parts.

                        I purchased fully automatic top load washing machine (Product wm ifb 7.5kg tl75rch - fatl cha serial no[protected] on 17 dec 2017).

                        The installation was done by technician mr ramchandra, ph no:[protected] on 20 dec 2017. He did not install fully and did not test the spinning.

                        When we started to use. The machine only washes and it is not spinning. Giving error "us er" we tried with minimum clothes as well. Result is same. It is brand new machine and it is not working. Therefore

                        I need the machine to be replaced with new one immediately.

                          Ifb service is really pathetic. Very disappointing. We got a microwave conventional oven 1year before used it couple of times and stopped functioning. We logged complaint 4times the service man visits says he will bring the spare part in 2days and never turns back. Still the oven is not repaired. The chennai service center people are very lethargic and irresponsible in handling the customers. I'm very sorry to say but would never recommend ifb products to any one. Worst service. Have never faced such issues with other brands they are very instant and prompt in their duties.

                            I've a 2012 model 7 kg front loading machine which was complained with ifb customer care & the servuce techncial can't solve the problem.

                            There were 2 service center which was fighting for jurisdiction & finally got a serivce techncian attending it on dec 19 2017 who has to say to change the cabinet
                            I have the complaint/ticket opened with ifb customer service back in oct which was never recorded. As per the local authorised tech, the faulty spare is not available still which is weird.

                              Problem: white patches on the dishes after the wash cycle in ifb neptune fx.
                              I have been facing the same problem from 3 months. I am continously following up with the customer care and even their escalation points. When ever i raise a ticket with customer care, the techician comes and changes something and says the issue is resolved and closes the ticket at back end without any confirmation. Please help me with this.

                                I am user of ifb washing machine from last 5 years and i have also advised to my relatives and friends to purchase product of ifb but my washing machine is not working since last 01 month. I was busy in a marriage function so that i lodge repair request of washing machine on sunday (17.12.217) with emergency request due to huge collection o[censored]n-wash cloths but no service engineer/ technician is not attend my machine.

                                  I have purchased one ifb washing machine model no-senoritaaqua sx (6.[protected] on 12/10/17 invoice no-k6124/1718/01742 in the name of deb prasad banerjee. Mobile no-[protected]. From khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Serampore shop-2 hooghly. W. B.
                                  When they delivered the machine their mechanic found that the top table is defective and told that the company will replace the same within a short period.
                                  Sorry to inform that i have asked them so many time but they have not given me any suitable answer.
                                  Now i am asking you whether it will be replaced or not?

                                    I am having elina dx wasjing machine and currently machine is under amc.
                                    Last two months water filling took more time and due to that washing time was very high. I have raised the complaint last month and technician has visited and told me no issue in washing machine and low water flow due to low water pressure in you house and he has closed the complaint with out resolving the issue. But water pressure is good and i am the same washing machine last few years and another 100 resident are living in the same premises. Again l have raised the same complaint tt no [protected] on 8 th december.
                                    Another technician has visited next day and he found that two way water inlet valve was faulty and he has told me to wait two days for valve replacement but even after repeated calls and follow up no one visited and not bothered to resolve the customer pain.
                                    Same issue i have escalated to chennai ifb team (Then mozhi) two days back but still no feed back from her.
                                    Today chennai ifb contact number[protected] is busy always.
                                    Requesting ifb team to avoid this type of issues to improve customer satisfaction. Ifb service managers also not responded

                                    Ifb name spoiled due to this type of service team behavior.

                                      I purchased a washing machine model no - tl65rdss from arun electronics, yamuna nagar, haryana-135001 (India). Services provided by the dealer is very bad that will affect the ifb company image. I purchased the machine on 8/11/2017. No person from dealer side available to install the machine and to give demostration of machine. I already called multiple times to dealer for installation but they are not responding, even not pick the calls. I already purchased one product from the same dealer that time also create so many problems by the dealer. I register a complaint on helpline no with incident no - [protected]. So i request you plz take this issue on priority and i will consider the start warranty date after installation of product. Because it already pending from more than one month for installation and i request you to cancel the dealership of arun electronic because their services to the customer is very poor and they are affecting the company name as well as degrade the product values.                                         This is regarding the repeat complaint of my senator dx 6kg front loading washing machine. Right from the date of purchase of this machine, i couldn't used the machine continuously for more than three months. If can track complaint history of this machine. My ordeal is that why ifb is compelling me to stay with this machine which bears manufacturing defect. The height of negligence that after lodging the complaint, we have had to wait for months to get my machine's problem rectified and without revolving the problems, ifb used to close the complaint abruptly
                                        The recent problem persists since last one month, the number of technician visited my house for resolving the problem but their efforts made to rectify goes in vain. Yesterday one technician reached my house for repairing my machine, added one more problem of leakage from inside the machine
                                        I'm desperately trying to call the branch office of ifb, in spite of ringing of phone number[protected] but no body from this office bothered to take my call. Why should i put my complaint upon this forum, if ifb would have responded my call. Please look into the issues and resolve it as soon as possible. Don't put us into further strain.
