I have purchased a washing machine elite and an oven during 2006 and regularly engaging amc with you. My id is 2371391.

This time i entered contract during dec 2016. For the last 6 months my machine incurred problems which was not properly repaired by the local service provider @ tiruvannamalai-606601 and their service team

Instead of online complaint we are supposed for direct contact. Each and every time a problem occured it was a mammoth task in getting a staff to visit our premises in get problems solved. We have to make numerous calls, direct visits, shouts and then only a person will attend the problem that too mostly after sun set and around 7 p. M.

We are unable to monitor the work they are doing. They made some jimmick and make the machine run. After their departure when we wash clothes it may not perform washing the clothes properly leaving the cloths wet with soap, undry and unwashed.

Some times they inform that some parts worn out and have to be replaced. They convey that have to indent the part and replace after the receipt of the same. This will take a few days and we have to follow the process as above.

Further after their visits some fresh problem may creep in and again we have to depend on them by doing the above continuous, repeated, painful process of calling in fact in other words pleading

Our latest problem started 4 months back and the problem was door lock repair. After the usual process of call the service people one person attended three times and make the lock function by some temporary method without proper repair. Later lock completely broken and while attending the lock by the service man the door frame was broken. Replaced at a cost of rs.1000/- from some spare.

After some time, the control rotator, (Was, on, off, dry, spin wheel) failed. After usual process of painful and pathetic calling one man came and advised as supply of that part is unavailable and have to use in the prevailing condition only

Again after 6 days the machine not function. After usual calling process an service person attended and advised that there was of lot of dust inside. He cleaned and make machine run.

As usual after his departure the machine failed and not washed properly. Deepavali came in between. Clothes accumulated. We waited for the person to attend as assured by him. But he didn’t turn up. Then we made ar repeated calls and shouts and we went online. A person came, replaced a board, make machine run and left. Immediately after his departure when we washed clothes again no washing occurred now we prefer this complaint.

Kindly arrange to repaired properly. Before coming advised to call as we are out of station for a few days.

Our grievance is mentioned below

1. Even though we are using ifb products for the last 10 years we are facing the worst situation now from the local service provider and his team. The service provider is not taking care of his customers, the image of the company, product etc, no control over his team or otherwise they also in collusion with their team. We are very much pained, incur lot of physical and mental agony along with costs.

2. At the time of entering contract they advised to change the motor of the machine. Also it was informed they received the motor for replacement but so for it was not changed along with the damaged door frame. We do not know the fate of your supply

3. Even though we book our call early in the morning the service persons are not turning up during day time s from 10 a. M to 6 p. M the usual time for everyone. But they prefer to attend only after sun set around 7 p. M. Even though ignoring our frequent reminders. Also while booking they never convey the probable time of turning up of service persons.

4. When we interact with people owning ifb machines most of the consumers convey the same problems and they are becoming the bad ambassadors.

5. My amc is live with another fifteen months.in the last 6 months i had a very bad experience and hope that it will not be so in the remaining amc period and retain us customers of your privileged company. Please do attend my grievance and make arrangements to repair the machine properly through proper instructions and taking actions of service persons

    Iam from suryapet of nalgonda dist. Telangana. I took the ifb washer elite plus sx 7.5 kg on 20.10.2017. For installation service provides are forcing me to take the washer stand other wise company will not give any warranty. Is it true? If it is not true please take action against them. My ticket no.       I bought an ifb angular wm 6.[protected] model washing machine, (Purchase date:24/07/2010) from sc – ifb point, koyambedu, chennai which was popular at that time and it was giving a satisfactory performance till i encountered some problems a few days back. My complaint dt. 16/10/2017 was attended by a technician on 17/10/2017 identified the problem. The problem he said is due to a hitch in the panel board. He further gave a shocking statement that spares including panel board for this model machine are unavailable since this model was withdrawn from the market long back.
      The customer service centre has also confirmed the technician’s statement that ‘’no spares available and hence non-serviceable’’. The problem for the consumer now is what to do with this machine bought with a heavy price of rs.34250/- which is so easily scrapped without giving any thought to make it serviceable. Your denial of service for my machine is deliberate aimed at compelling me to buy a new one from you and this is nothing but an unfair trade practice.

        I bought IFB dishwasher 6years ago starting installation problems we faced many problems with the machine. But since 2years inspite of paying many schemes from the customer side, there is no response from the company side. Try to respond as soon as possible as the machine is lying in dead condition since 7months.

          My machine belt torn off. Made a complaint no [protected] on 09 10 17 and again on 16 10 17 no [protected] customer id ref 2758418 till this date it is not rectified my amc is up to 24 05 2018. Call attendant has assured that the problem will be attended within 24 he's.
          Even after 12 days my problem not solved. If my grievance is not attended i have no others option than to move through consumer forum

            Bought ifb 6kg fully automatic machine through flipkart.
            1. Delivery was beyond committed date
            2. They have delivered the machine with a water inlet hose that is not having the right connectors, that is generally used in bangalore/india. Apparently, was not an omission, but deliberate practice by the ifb. It worth saying, before opening the toolkit, the engineer who came for installation stated i have to buy a new hose from him by paying extra. When i refuse to do so, he walked away.
            3. Complaints to exchange the wrong water hose with the appropriate specs not yet attended to.

              Complaint no - [protected]; with in warranty, purchased 6 months back; the mother board faulty, requested for change of machine;

              I was told that it could have been done only after 4 months, it means that this machine works only for 4 months?

              I have asked for extended warranty, company not replied at all, their manger neekant was very rude (Not sure if they are aware how to speak with customers, company is not customer friendly at all).

              Company not responding, giving me numbers of people instead of contacting me.
              The numbers which they give (This time again of lady called preeti) does not take our calls.

                Sir, i have purchased a 7kg front load ifb serena washing machine from reliance digital, gt mall jaipur on[protected]. The day of very next month after purchasing the machine it started giving problem like first, door problem, second time it was giving noise in its drum. Now i have make a complained on ifb co's toll free number not taking the water from tap and not washing the clothes. Day before yesteday representative of the said co. Visited at our and informed us that magnatic valve is defected. He told us that i will come tommorow and will change it. But he has not come till today after my many request that we are facing many problems without washing machine. Sir such has happened with us previously that vendor visited at our 5-6 days after sucessive the complained to the co. We are facing much problem without machine and sir, we want to change the machine. Pl do needful and oblige.

                Sir, On oct.17, 2017 I had lodge my complaint on your toll free number by my registered mob.no.[protected].but did't receive any complaint number.same day & after that 18 oct i have also requested your service center head Mr.vishal many time but there was no solution for me and still I am facing washing problem. IFB is very renowned co and my family members are using this since last 16 years.                   I have ELENA VX 6 Kg 600 RPM washing machine & staying at Chennai. I had registered with IFB Customer care cell on 11/Oct./2017 stating machine timer not working, and maintenance person from HI AIRTECH Chennai-600101 visited my house on 13/Oct./2017 and took the timer for service. On 16/Oct/2017 returned with serviced timer & claimed has completed the work after 5 hrs at night 10:30 PM. Maintenance person was very junior, working with manuals in phone, no experience. He claimed iti s working well & assured to test next day. ( Job No. CB9000627 Dated 16/10/2017) He took the service charge 3850 Rs.
                  Next day on 17/Oct./2017 morning we tested the machine & it is still not working, the water overflows from machine at the start of washing itself. we immediately called maintenance person, he is still not reporting & dodging saying personal reasons. The company phone [protected] nobody attends.
                  We have again registered complaint stating poor work of HI AIRTECH company with IFB Customer care complaints cell - toll free number on 19/Oct/2017. Request IFB to resolve this washing machine issue immediately & take necessary action for negligence against HI AIRTECH - Chennai 600 101.

                  The service center sent technician from HI AIRTECH Chennai, he first said he will service timer & charged Rs. 3850/-, but after service the machine is working, water is overflowing at first step. Refer to attached bill also in this regard. I would like to know how IFB service center is sending such inexperienced technicians from your service dealers ?? Please request you to this complaint seriously & help the customers.

                    Hi,
                    I have raised a ticket regarding a lock issue on 15th october 2017, ticket number is [protected]. I have purchased the product on 14/10/2013 and i have not got the product installed until after 3 days of purchase. The service technician who have installed the product after 3 days of purchase have filled the warranty card and given me with the date of warranty as 17/10/2017 but in ifb sysyem it is entered as 13/10/2017. But now, the issue is that the service technician who has come to repair the issue is saying his job form says warranty expired at 13/10/2017. As a consumer warranty card is what is relevant for me and it has the date as 17/10/2017. So i want the issue to be fixed within warranty as the ticket was raised within warranty period. It is been 3 days today since ticket is raised and still with no resolution.

                      I 'd registered a complaint regarding my washing machine that stopped working at about 8 am in the morning on 17th october. Between that time and now
                      (4:32 pm on 18th) i had to keep calling the customer care as well as the service centres simultaneously.
                      Even after so much of toil i could not get a single response from either of those. The excuse i got was always different than the previous one.
                      I feel cheated because we 'd thought ifb to be a world class customer care service provider, which clearly was a big mistake.
                      Now i have to resort to an independent repair man and extra expenses (Even on a warranty)
                      Iam very very disappointed.

                      By the time I was submitting the complaint online, the independent repair man fixed my washing machine and is on his way right now. This is how things are done by dedicated and hardworking individuals. Hopefully you guys at IFB can learn something from this. I have learnt my lesson ( not trust you with service anymore)

                        I have booked the subject complaint for supplying detergent for front loading washing machine. Call center personnel ensured me over phone that within 24 hrs the complaint will be attended. More than 72 hrs over, but nobody attended even after calling again & again in call center.

                        It's very poor service from your authorized agent.

                          When we bought ifb microwave 25bc4 considering ifb is the best company in microwave segment i never thought my decision would be a bad one. I rarely had this kind of disappointing experience with one of its best manufacturer which i had with ifb. It's touchpad suddenly stopped functioning just after a year and again we need to spend rs. 1000+ for its repair after buying one of the expensive microwaves. Now is it advisable to buy a product from the best manufacturer and expect repairment every year? I don't see ifb product worth buying after having this kind of experience. Thanks ifb for opening my eye and proving my perception wrong on your company reputation.

                            I have purchased washing machine in june 2017 from ifb retailer but after installation ifb team technician fond some problems. On technical basis ifb company replaced my washing machine in aug 2017.

                            But once again problem is coming no sensors are working and after complaining so many times to customer care no response from ifb.

                            Please take ifb product back and refund the money.

                              fake ifb technician,by name sridhar from harinidhi enterprises.

                              This person is fake ifb technician, by name sridhar from harinidhi enterprises.
                              Calls the ifb customer comes and damages the machine on following up harinidhi enterprises, in-charge supervisor anjan ([protected])
                              Questions us that why did you allow this person to repair the machine. He is a fake technician and says he has filed an fir against him.

                              Customer service provides many supervisor contact numbers but none...

                              Sir.
                              My name is Supriya Banerjee. My washing machine of IFB company became unserviceable since one month. I lodged several complain to IFB toll free no:[protected]. They told every time that technician will come within 24 hours but only one time technician came checked and told me one parts to be replaced. I handed over him my AMC paper, after that no technician came. Now parts of my Washing machine is scattered in my house. The technician not even refitted the machine.Whenever I phone to IFB company, they inform me that my complain was removed from their data and I have to lodge a fresh complain. Since last one month they are playing this game with me. MY permanent ID OF IFB is: 3285231 and I am belongs to Thanjavur, Tamilnadu Pin:613005.When I phoned to local IFB office they told there was my problem with the format of my AMC Paper which I was issued in Punjab when I was posted there.I dont know how AMC became invalid from one state to another state.Company is not bother about it. Really I became fade up with IFB company and I desided that I will go online to aware people not to buy IFB product in future. So please do the needful.

                                I have been following for service request

                                From 4th oct 2017. Complaint no is [protected]. I have amc.

                                When you do not have a amc you will get a service in 2 days and when you have amc you have to follow up 2 months. This is not the first time with amc and without amc.

                                No response after several follow ups on customer care and then service center and then service in charge and now i have been following with branch coordinator

                                Please don't take amc you will end up spending more on phone calls to service guy/service center /and coordinator apart from toll free no

                                  I have DIVA washing machine and it is under AMC. It is not functioning and the local (Nellore) service centre is not responding. The washing machine is not running. The rotating drum is vibrating and is giving big noise when it is switched on.

                                  We have AMC which was taken 04.08.2017 vide receipt no. 894 dated 04.08.2017 with IFB authorized service centre, Nellore. The machine is down for the past 2 weeks and no response from the above service centre.

                                    I have purchase ifb washing machine last year and it is still under warranty.
                                    I have complained to ifb service centre and technician said pcb having some issue he said i will fix it in two days.
                                    Now its been more than a week still they are saing part is not available and we have ordered it from ifb.
                                    My concern is we have purchase latest model and they dont have parts availlable.
