Logged a complaint about my washing machine with ticket [protected] on 23-sep17. Very next day technician visited and confirmed that issue is with the motor which will be replaced on 25-sep-17. There was no update after that. Called customer care multiple times but got assurance only. Even after 2 weeks issue still persists which is creating inconvenience

Raised a complaint on 30th sep'17 for washing machine not working.
Regular follow up on 3, 4 & 5 oct.
1. Customer care provided shalini no.[protected] but not lifting the phone.
2. Customer care provided pritam no. [protected] after two days of continuous calling he responded stating that it is pertaining to other office by name mr. Yogesh [protected]. Even yogesh is not lifting the phone.
3. Customer care transferred the call to sai raja another feather in ifb and he promised to call back after checking... But no response.
4. Customer care transferred the call to suman on 5th oct 7.20 pm, she promised to get it resolve by 6th oct.

Waiting for some miracle to get the machine repaired.

My machine was giving problems for the last one year. The problem was that elcb of the house would go off. I would complain and the technician will come and do some repair, it will work for few days then the same problem will arise. The technician told me that the taping of the wire goes loose and it touches the body of machine hence the problem.
Other technician told me that because you use your machine on generator hence the problem.
In sep 17 the same problem, techinicain came changed the whole wiring but still the problem then he sai that the machine will be sent to okhla factory for repair. They took the machine. After 15 days machine was sent back. Now it is lying idle beacuse the technician has not turned up to attach inlet and outlet pipes.
So since 8th sep the machine is down

The local person of service centre mr. Raman is not picking the phone.
The technician dharmender sahoo is not coming.
Other trechnicians are also not attending till mr raman tells them.
Should i send the machine back to ifb since i am not able to use the machine.

Have IFB senorita aqua 6.5 kg front loading machine. Error is AC LO tried calling customer care no luck.. can someone help in resolution asap, you guys can reach me @ [protected]

I am continuously writing emails to the company and calling customer care but company is not at all responding. I am in a helpless situation and not able to understand what should i do in this situation. Feeling cheated after purchasing a new machine after spending about inr 50, 000/-.

This is to inform that i have a purchased dishwasher (Neptune sx1) few months back. However, all of sudden my machine stopped working. I have registered my complaint with your customer care. But, despite customer service promise no local technician visited (Kharagpur, west bengal) then i approached to customer service again and found the mobile number of area manager (Mr. Sujit). Then the local technicians visited and tried to rectify the machine but failed to do so. Senior technician is supposed to come from kolkata but such a pathetic people that they never ever bothered to either come or scheduled a visit.

Please let me know what should i do now? You company simply sells the product but never bothers to provide customer service.

Dear sir

I have submitted complaint of tlsdw 7 kg aqua washing machine on 30/09 2017.

My ticket no is: [protected]

On submitting the complaint i was assured that it will be solved within 24 hours but even after 96 hours as of now the problem is not solved.

Why you people make false promises.

I have even contacted customer care services 4-5 times for same complaint but still it is unattended.

Please treat this matter urgently otherwise i have reluctantly opt for consumer forum.

I have this ifb executive elite front loading 5kg washing machine. After several years of good service, one day it tripped the mcb during f cycle. Called ifb customer service, within 2 days the service engineer turned up and told me that due to internal water leakage the short his happening and in turn tripping the mcb. He later asked us to replace the pump and suspension since it got damaged due to the leakage. He also suggested cleaning powder. Overall charged 5k for the repair, since it was almost 10 years, i didnt worry much to bear the repair cost. Later he suggested to go for amc since it covers all repairs and spare parts. I took 1year amc for 3200. Everything seem to be working fine for few months. Later the same problem started to reappear. This time the customer support is worst and even after 3months they haven't addressed the issue. They keep closing the issue ticket without even checking it. So far i have raised 4 tickets ([protected] 7june17, [protected] 9july17, [protected] 29aug17, [protected] 2oct17) to resolve the issue. Escalated the issue to their coordinator and manager. But nothing moved. Finally decided to replace it with new washing machine. But this time either lg or bosch. Once you take amc they stop caring for you.

Model Topload 6.5 SDR purchased on 05/02/2016 at Vasco, Goa.

Last two weeks it was taking more time for wash approx 20minutes more than the time set.

Today on 03/10/2017 timer not stable, does not set the timer. Timer may be faulty or failed.
Intake water take very slowly.

Purchased ifb 23sc3 microwave oven.

Demo engineer (Mr. Sumit [protected]) doesn't knew anything about the oven who came for installation.

Oven gets shut down after it runs for 5-10 mins every-time. Logged a complain for this (Complaint no. [protected]) and ifb send the same engineer again and he said product is working fine and he didn't had the patience to wait for 10min to run the oven and check.

I called the service center and some guy mentioned that he will send some other engineer today, but none came.

Really pissed off.

I buyed a washing machine 4 months back and its the fifth time that the machine is misfunctioning. None of your stores are ready to register a complain and also i am not able to contact you through any toll free or customer care number. We are in trouble please send your person to repair it asap. I am your customer for last 12 years but since last few months the complains are not taken seriously. We ll be please if you take a look to it. And also make the complain process a litle less complicated because not every one knows the steps online.

Ticket [protected], IFB techn came after 3 time follow-up, with in 5 mints he done installation and training.he not ready to answer to queries and installation is incomplete.didnot complete warrantee card.we r unhappy with ifb product and installation services.not show mc in working condition.Totally we fooled by purchasing ifb washing machine.

I have ordered ifb tl-rdw 6.5 kg aqua fully automatic top loading washing machine on 20.9.17 from flipkart.
On the day of installation we were informed by your technician that there is a defect in the product and i generated a replacement request.
A further visit of technician was generated from where it was confirmed about the defect.

It has been 11 days and no action has been taken on part of either ifb or flipkart.
This non providing of service is very troublesome on our part.
Please redress our grievance as soon as possible.

I have IFB Elena dx 5.5 kg washing machine. My machine is covered under AMC. I have registered complaint in IFB customer care for change of outer body on chargeable basis with ticket no. [protected] dt. 19.09.2017. But IFB is not able to supply outer body of machine.

Please help.

I had lodged a complaint on 12.07.2017 ticket no. [protected].. Which was cancelled without anyone attending.

I have again lodged a complaint on 05.07.2017 ticket no.[protected]. Which no one has yet attended. It appears that as the machine is under amc your service centre is deliberately not attending.
I therefore request you to look into the matter and get the machine repaired with further delay as i am unable to use the machine for more than two months now.

Dear concern

I bought an ac of ifb company from a dealer named appliance gallary from setor 22c chandigarh model no. Iacs18ka3tgc 1.5 ton on 22-jun-2017.

The ifb technicains installed it next day. It dont give required cooling and it gives heat while running. Then i make a complaint on dated 02-july-2017. Complaint no. [protected]. Which remain unclose after two three visits of complaint resolver and try rectifying heating problem but they got unsuccess in their hand. Resolver says that it will be fine when you use it for two three months.

Then i again complaint on 14-sept-2017 regarging above said issues. Resolvers came after 3 day and ac don't cool 23°. The resolver says that you need to maintain the cooling at 16°. But still not give cooling. Its not too hot the ac will not cool at 23°.

This is the defected piece and requesting you to kindly replace it. If it is not possible then take your ac and give my money back. Kindly take your step regarding this complaint soon. As it will be non o[censored]se for me in winters.

I had purchased ifb elena aqua sx 1000 6 kg machine from sargam electronics, delhi vide invoice no spreet-09044 dated[protected]. I had numerous complaints in the past about its working. From today onwards, the machine is not working and i am unable to use the machnie.
I shall request you to depute your engineer urgently to our house without any delay and sort out the issue.

I have problem with my ifb microwave oven for last one and half year. The service technicians visit my place several times and few parts also changed still it is not working. They even take this oven to their ifb authorized workshop in jorhat once. Still the problem persist. One senior sales person from guwahati even call me and give assurance that problem will be resolved very soon as he had already talk with their goa manufacturing unit regarding perennial problem of my oven. Ref last complain no [protected]

I was using my ifb front loading washing machine and suddenly in the end, it started making a lot of noise. The mechanic today on 30th sept told us that the drum is broken and that it cannot be welded. The replacement cost as quoted by the ifb authorised mechanic is rs.4000. They never carry any rate card and just quote any amount. They also deal privately at half the price, the money of which straight goes into their pocket. Just a month ago, he told me that my machine was working fine when he had replaced lock and kit which was burnt due to short circuit. There is no proper advice given by the mechanic.

Ifb what in the word does 1 year machine warranty means?
I saw the touch panel last working after the last complaint (My microwave wasn't heating) when technician used it was working. Just a week before my warranty finishes this happens. Poor service ifb. Regretting paying so much money for the product.
