Dear ifb team,
With reference to e-mail below, kindly note that i have been following for the replacement of drainage pump since last week, but its seems that you have no concern of the customer in today's scenario when every one is busy. How would he/she be managing without washing machine?
All the explanations given, proved futile. As the drain pump was working properly before your representative's inspection, its your service engineer's fault who spoiled the drainage pump while clearing the machinery & now to hide your mistake they are blaming us.
If you don't want to give the replacement of the drainage pump, kindly make it same as before the inspection (Working condition). This is really ridicules you guys
Request you to kindly take up this matter with your seniors & confirm the way forward.

Kindly note that our machine is working properly & later your service engineer informed us that the drainage will not happen as drainage pressure pump is not working properly, also note that reason give by you in the trail mail do not solve any purpose as from day of visit of your engineering he is asking for inr 3200/ for replacement of drainage pressure pump which i completely refused.
Pl note that we are using ifb product under a trust & brand & recommending our friends to use the same, so once again request you to look into the matter & give instruction for the replacement of the drainage pump without any charges.
Your prompt action on the above subject matter would be highly appreciated.

I am sending complaint on daily basis & waiting for the resolution but all complaint are closed without any single call & resolution . I think you are making fun of the customer who is suffering it is a great shock & slowly slowly changing my perception towards the IFB Brand & Product.
Request you to look into the same as i have patently waiting for my complaint resolution.
