Placed an order for fully automatic washing machine from flipkart dated 30th august 2017.
Since the beginning water level button is not working, one person visited to resolve the issue and he said to raise this issue to the company but it has been already 20 days and no one has responded back. Raised my issue 3 times to the customer care on toll free number but still no one has turned up to either repair or replace the machine. Highly dissatisfied with ifb customer care services. I request you to immediately take certain action to resolve my issue. Thanks.

I purchage ifb top loadind washing machine model tl-sdr, 6.5kg aqua, sr. No. 006077 from yadav electronics, rawatbhata, chittorgarh.
After purchaging, this machine does not working properly.
Following are the problems mentioned bellows.
1-cloths not clean properly, special cuf and collers.
2-durring washing black colour cloths, fine lint sticks on the cloths and removed only after 2&3 hand washing.
3-if bedsheets having embroedary or soafa covers with knitting boundary put in this machine it all get damaged and cotton threads pullout and streched.
Previsaly i complained through custmer care and 2&3 times a
Person come and without doing nothing he go back. He only says replace your detergent. I used best detergent available.
I am totaly dissatisfied from this machine. Please it may be rectified.
If any replacement option from front loading washing machine available, mention.

I had purchased 6 kg front load washing machine of ifb on 9/6/2014. It is still under 4 years 100 percentage warranty. My machine motor pump part has been replaced by a technician. Now still being under 100 percentage warranty, technician and his in charge demanding money from me. They say 100 percentage warranty does not include motor pump which is not clear. I had clean machine as per demo given to me. I didn't got any callfrom ifb company for regular maintanance.in the company warranty book details shows it nor company website say that they exclude motor pump parts in 100 percentage warranty of 4 years.

I had raised ifb ticket number : [protected] which was closed without resolving this problem. I am facing problem in today to life.

I will file a case in consumer court to claim my money back against your 100 percentage gauranty.

I had bought this IFB washing machine in 2013 and it's warranty had expired on 28/1/2017. On 26/09/2017 at approx. 10:30 AM, the machine caught fire when in operation, and fire continued in spite of discontinuing the power supply. The machine was completely gutted and has caused a massive damage to my washing area and Kitchen ruining other appliances as well. The whole house needs to be repainted. We were very lucky that fire was doused in nick of time before the gas cylinder in kitchen could be affected.

I had same day approached IFB customer care care (ticket no.[protected]) to report the incident, but was audaciously informed that since my warranty period has expired, even though the machine is not repairable a technician can visit only if I bear a INR 590/- visit charge. I have refused to pay any visit charges and later filed an email complaint as well and even after 24 hrs of email complaint the only response was that they are still looking into the matter and revert shortly; no specific deadline is committed.

I cannot indefinitely store the burnt frame of the machine, I believe these people deliberately do this to wear us out.

Looking at similar complaint of same model and purchase year, I strongly believe there is a inherent manufacturing/design defect.

I purchased an ifb washing machine in july 2016. I livein calicur, jerala, south india. My machine developed a minor issue-water not entering the tub (Pipelines are fine). I registered a complaint thru their toll-free number on 23rd sat 2017 and was assured that someone would come for servicing within 24-48hrs. So far nobody has come for service. After-sales service of ifb is pathetic. An absolutely unreliable company.

Yours amc cost is too high, i am taking amc for the past 5 years, your service is very poor, there is no periodical checking done during the amc period, service people comes only if any complaints made.. This is not fair, the company should instruct the agency's to do the periodical service promptly, the cost increases rs600 compared to last month this is very high, if this goes further the amc for the year may touch the cost of washing machine...

I had ordered ifb washing machine top load fully automatic 6.5 kg frm flipkart in exchange offer my machine was in working condition bt d delivery person rejected as d above fiber had a single crack on it which dsnt even relate to d working of machine is dis d customer satisfaction priority??? Customers are cuming to you nd ur distributors dsnts bother for it which is highly disapointing

I have purchased an 8 kg front load washing machine of ifb on 1/1/2014. It is still under 4 years 100 percentage warranty. My machine drum part has been replaced by a technician. Now still being under 100 percentage warranty, technician and his in charge demanding money from me. They say 100 percentage warranty does not include plastic part, whether on the other side neither company warranty book details shows it nor company website say that they exclude plastic parts in 100 percentage warranty of 4 years.

I can not see anything which show me that plastic part is not included in 100 percentage warranty.

If this is why you don't mention 95 percentage warranty???

I have purchased a front load automatic washing machine of ifb 8 months ago. But it has so many defects. After complete of wash its door got locked and can not unlock it for last 3 days. Also so many other defects. After i lodge a service request they gave me a bogus ticket no. And said technician will come within 24hrs but now 72 hours gone, still no bloody technician called or contacted. My wet cloths are still inside the machine. I have tried their every customer care no. But all are un reachable. The final thing is, now i am facing trouble and its my biggest mistake to buy ifb product. Their words are just to sale a product not to provide service and performance.

We have registered a complaint with ifb with ticket no. [protected] on 12th sept, 2017.
Technician has visited and informed us that there is fault in pcv and door sensor which is need to be replaced and taken visit charges.
After that we are following up with technician for the replacement of faulty part there is no proper response. Even after 10 days parts are not available.
If ifb is unable to provide the spares then why they are selling the product in the market.
Also, even after discussion with their call center again they have provided one more ticket no. [protected]

My microware is again not working, and when i am trying to registering a complain though phone, ivr is responding in cycle and menu is not moving ahead, so i am trying to reach to you here.

I had faced an issue with microwave and i raised a complain here last time and it was resolved in about a month time.

From today again it is not working, this time, timer etc are working but nothing is getting heated inside and inside light is also not glowing.

I tried to raise a complain using telephone but it is not working and it keep on repeating the same ivr response.

Can i expect a quick response of the issue this time.

After my 5th time complaint to central phone number, two techs came on 15th sept and said the filter had to be replaced which they brought and replaced on 16th and took a cheque for rs.3150 including rs. 590/- service charges. The same evening i phoned the franchise that the leaking continues. After a couple of days the techie came, meddled and said that i could run it once or twice and report to him. I ran the machine three times and next day informed it continues to leak. Nobody came and nothing is done. Please let me know if you have a better techie or i would seek the help of techies from private companies.

A complaint was registered for microwave ifb product.. Company send it's authorized person... Initially he want to change thin film from available film in 800 rs.. But it as observed that it was old and tempered andhe ran away... He again come later on with sealed film and assembled it.. He charged rs 1140 where is mrp of the product was just 232.. On bargaining he take rs 945... Later on when i come from office and saw packet of product.. I shocked to see.. I complained through costumer care... No response.. No one is taking responsibility... This is with a renowe d company... Charging 4 times and also giving bill... Shame.. I hv copy of bill.. Statement and package of product.. See pl

Absolutely horrible service

I raised a complaint of microwave oven on[protected]. After many days and lots of calls, service executive came and asked to replace magnatone of oven after many days and calls they came with magnatone and replaced it. Now they said there are some other parts also missing so i ordered they too.
But till date[protected] i am not getting solution for my complain.

Service center people answered "parts are not available i give order to company but still not getting".

Its already pass more then 1.5 months and still not getting parts of oven.

Such a worst service i have even faced...!!!

I have purchased ifb brands washing machine first time in life, because i have attracted to this brand by their quality. But i got disappointed as it washing machine starts to get in problem with water leakage, electric shock etc. This happens more than 2 to three times from the time of purchasing. Every time i have to raise a complaint as per their process. But it takes to much time at least 6 to 7 days to solve the problem in big city. Recently i have launched complaint about the same problem, here i called many times to customer care and no. That cc have provided but their is no any response. My machine is under warranty, i want the replacement of the same because of the problem is arriving by some days again. Right now the ticket no. Is:[protected]. Till date not solved.

Dear ifb team,

With reference to e-mail below, kindly note that i have been following for the replacement of drainage pump since last week, but its seems that you have no concern of the customer in today's scenario when every one is busy. How would he/she be managing without washing machine?

All the explanations given, proved futile. As the drain pump was working properly before your representative's inspection, its your service engineer's fault who spoiled the drainage pump while clearing the machinery & now to hide your mistake they are blaming us.

If you don't want to give the replacement of the drainage pump, kindly make it same as before the inspection (Working condition). This is really ridicules you guys

Request you to kindly take up this matter with your seniors & confirm the way forward.

Kindly note that our machine is working properly & later your service engineer informed us that the drainage will not happen as drainage pressure pump is not working properly, also note that reason give by you in the trail mail do not solve any purpose as from day of visit of your engineering he is asking for inr 3200/ for replacement of drainage pressure pump which i completely refused.



Pl note that we are using ifb product under a trust & brand & recommending our friends to use the same, so once again request you to look into the matter & give instruction for the replacement of the drainage pump without any charges.



Your prompt action on the above subject matter would be highly appreciated.

I have already registered my complaint about the problem in my Washing machine, still there is no response for that complaint. I have registered my complaint on 11/09/2017, still now there is no response. Complaint number is [protected].Problem is washing machine is in dead condition there is no working in that.

I have a ifb washing machine. Its under amc. The service centre given to us by ifb is shree kailash agency chennai. I have the most worst experience with the service with them. I rang several times to customer care and lodged complain but no person from the agency came to see the product itself they havent resolved the problem. Everytime icall the call centre they give a complain number, but no response. Pls take action against our complain. Our registered mobile number is [protected], [protected]; and [protected]. Our machine is top load under the name mr. Chockalingam.

My ifb washing machine is nor working. I had registered a complaint no [protected] with your toll free no [protected]. The staff[amir] assured me that a service technician would contact me within 24hrs. As nonbody contacted, i again called your toll free[navneeta]assured me the technical staff would contact. I also contacted tel[protected], the nearest ifb service center near my house a couple o times.. But tge samw negative reply. I realize your enthusiasm to make money by selling the product ends the very moment thecost of the product is in your hands and your after sales service is absolute zero. Really shamefull. Tell mw how do i go about to fet my washing machine fuxed. Now it us more than 48 hours. No acton at all

Complaint no [protected] made on 11 september has not been resolved. The service technician made a fleeting visit to my house, promised quick action and has now switched off his phone (Mobile no: [protected]). I am desperate as i do not even know where the service centre is and the call centre is ofabsolutely no use... Totally unhelpful, except for the standard phrases... Sorry for the inconvenience, etc. Can anyone help to resolve this issue.
