Customers are cuming to you nd ur distributors dsnts bother for it which is highly disapointing

    I have purchased an 8 kg front load washing machine of ifb on 1/1/2014. It is still under 4 years 100 percentage warranty. My machine drum part has been replaced by a technician. Now still being under 100 percentage warranty, technician and his in charge demanding money from me. They say 100 percentage warranty does not include plastic part, whether on the other side neither company warranty book details shows it nor company website say that they exclude plastic parts in 100 percentage warranty of 4 years.

    I can not see anything which show me that plastic part is not included in 100 percentage warranty.

    If this is why you don't mention 95 percentage warranty???

    I will file a case in consumer court to claim my money back against your 100 percentage gauranty.

      I have purchased a front load automatic washing machine of ifb 8 months ago. But it has so many defects. After complete of wash its door got locked and can not unlock it for last 3 days. Also so many other defects. After i lodge a service request they gave me a bogus ticket no. And said technician will come within 24hrs but now 72 hours gone, still no bloody technician called or contacted. My wet cloths are still inside the machine. I have tried their every customer care no. But all are un reachable. The final thing is, now i am facing trouble and its my biggest mistake to buy ifb product. Their words are just to sale a product not to provide service and performance.

        We have registered a complaint with ifb with ticket no. [protected] on 12th sept, 2017.
        Technician has visited and informed us that there is fault in pcv and door sensor which is need to be replaced and taken visit charges.
        After that we are following up with technician for the replacement of faulty part there is no proper response. Even after 10 days parts are not available.
        If ifb is unable to provide the spares then why they are selling the product in the market.
        Also, even after discussion with their call center again they have provided one more ticket no. [protected]

          Hi ifb,

          My microware is again not working, and when i am trying to registering a complain though phone, ivr is responding in cycle and menu is not moving ahead, so i am trying to reach to you here.

          I had faced an issue with microwave and i raised a complain here last time and it was resolved in about a month time.

          From today again it is not working, this time, timer etc are working but nothing is getting heated inside and inside light is also not glowing.

            After my 5th time complaint to central phone number, two techs came on 15th sept and said the filter had to be replaced which they brought and replaced on 16th and took a cheque for rs.3150 including rs. 590/- service charges. The same evening i phoned the franchise that the leaking continues. After a couple of days the techie came, meddled and said that i could run it once or twice and report to him. I ran the machine three times and next day informed it continues to leak. Nobody came and nothing is done. Please let me know if you have a better techie or i would seek the help of techies from private companies.
            Urgent.

              A complaint was registered for microwave ifb product.. Company send it's authorized person... Initially he want to change thin film from available film in 800 rs.. But it as observed that it was old and tempered andhe ran away... He again come later on with sealed film and assembled it.. He charged rs 1140 where is mrp of the product was just 232.. On bargaining he take rs 945... Later on when i come from office and saw packet of product.. I shocked to see.. I complained through costumer care... No response.. No one is taking responsibility...                 Absolutely horrible service

                I raised a complaint of microwave oven on[protected]. After many days and lots of calls, service executive came and asked to replace magnatone of oven after many days and calls they came with magnatone and replaced it. Now they said there are some other parts also missing so i ordered they too.
                But till date[protected] i am not getting solution for my complain.

                Service center people answered "parts are not available i give order to company but still not getting".

                Its already pass more then 1.5 months and still not getting parts of oven.

                Such a worst service i have even faced...!!!

                  I have purchased ifb brands washing machine first time in life, because i have attracted to this brand by their quality. But i got disappointed as it washing machine starts to get in problem with water leakage, electric shock etc. This happens more than 2 to three times from the time of purchasing. Every time i have to raise a complaint as per their process. But it takes to much time at least 6 to 7 days to solve the problem in big city. Recently i have launched complaint about the same problem, here i called many times to customer care and no. That cc have provided but their is no any response. My machine is under warranty, i want the replacement of the same because of the problem is arriving by some days again. Right now the ticket no. Is:[protected]. Till date not solved.

                    With reference to e-mail below, kindly note that i have been following for the replacement of drainage pump since last week, but its seems that you have no concern of the customer in today's scenario when every one is busy. How would he/she be managing without washing machine?

                    All the explanations given, proved futile. As the drain pump was working properly before your representative's inspection, its your service engineer's fault who spoiled the drainage pump while clearing the machinery & now to hide your mistake they are blaming us.

                    If you don't want to give the replacement of the drainage pump, kindly make it same as before the inspection (Working condition). This is really ridicules you guys

                    Request you to kindly take up this matter with your seniors & confirm the way forward.

                        I have a ifb washing machine. Its under amc. The service centre given to us by ifb is shree kailash agency chennai. I have the most worst experience with the service with them. I rang several times to customer care and lodged complain but no person from the agency came to see the product itself they havent resolved the problem.                           My ifb washing machine is nor working. I had registered a complaint no [protected] with your toll free no [protected]. The staff[amir] assured me that a service technician would contact me within 24hrs. As nonbody contacted, i again called your toll free[navneeta]assured me the technical staff would contact. I also contacted tel[protected], the nearest ifb service center near my house a couple o times.. But tge samw negative reply. I realize your enthusiasm to make money by selling the product ends the very moment thecost of the product is in your hands and your after sales service is absolute zero. Really shamefull. Tell mw how do i go about to fet my washing machine fuxed. Now it us more than 48 hours. No acton at all

The service technician made a fleeting visit to my house, promised quick action and has now switched off his phone (Mobile no: [protected]). I am desperate as i do not even know where the service centre is and the call centre is ofabsolutely no use... Totally unhelpful, except for the standard phrases... Sorry for the inconvenience, etc. Can anyone help to resolve this issue.

                                  This is regarding my "ifb w/m flt senorita plus vx" which we purchased on 20th nov 2016 and is under warranty. I'm chasing for it since last two and half months.

                                  The machine is not working with current leakage in it's touch panel. For which we have raised different tickets: [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                                  There are around 4 visits of your technicians to address this issue but it is not yet fixed, they even changed the panel with the new one but the current leakage is still there and we are not able to operate the machine. This is well known to your technicians as well but they put the ticket in resolved status each time without resolving it.

                                  The last request ([protected]) was raised on 13th september which was put on resolved status on the same day without even visiting us.
                                  Today again i called them and the have raised a new ticket ([protected]). But we dont hope to get this resolved.

                                  This is really not an acceptable behavior of such a huge brand. We opted for ifb thinking that your services will be very good as your brand value.

                                  I request you to please handle it asap as we are really struggling with the machine and if it is not repairable please get the washing machine replaced with the new one. We would like to take the analog washing machine of 8kgs and will pay the difference of cost.

                                    Hi,

                                    The washing machine motor is in good condition but my machine is not spinning the ifb service person came and just put one meter below and told it's motor has gone. I asked how can you say that... Can you explain me. He told you call any technician they will tell you same. He told apply amc for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. Otherwise pay 7k and will replace now. I was surprised without any checks or any repair he just told like that, i was not having any option only pay him 590 for visit as i cannot pay any more for such pathetic service. I know there could be chances of changing motor carbon and with that my motor would have worked, but these ifb service persons don't want to do that. I am really unhappy.. And planning to put a case on consumer forum.
                                    After raising complain on this website, one more executive visited from ifb and he again told the same thing that motor has gone, please apply amc for 2 years and will replace all parts in next 45 days. Otherwise pay 7k and will replace now. I was surprised and thought since both is saying same thing i should go for amc. I have give the cheque to that guy and in same day i called one local servicing guy, who checked the motor and told me no issue on motor sir.

                                    He told motor is fine, then he checked the board and he found issue on board which he corrected on very less amount and now my motor and washing machine is working fine.
                                    Hence i have made stop payment for amc.
                                    Now i want the compensation of what ifb people did with me:
                                    First of all when ifb people don't know any thing to rectify why the hell they are called as technician. Why you people are cheating. You are only interested on amc please...
                                    Please work for people too don't just go behind money and stop cheating.

                                    I am not going to tolerate this behavior, very first, i have paid 590 on first visits and your technician did nothing, i need the refund of the same, no one pay money for doing some crap job.
                                    2nd as i face lot of trouble i need the compensation of the same from ifb this should be in any ways, either give me next 2 years amc free... Or whatever way, i won't leave like that i will lodge a fraud case against this if your ifb people have not taken the appropriate action asap.

                                    Guys whoever is reading this please be aware that the ifb people hardly bother to look into the issue, they just want you to take amc.

                                      V have purchased neptune vx dishwasher from ifb point viman nagar, pune on 7/8/2017 serial number fnpt21skvc33212. When the package of dishwasher opened for d demo it was found damaged at d right side bottom. Very next day d dealer n coustomer care at pune was intimated.. With d pics n details. Though d dealer and customer care people are saying that d same shall b replaced but till date no information been give on d issue from their side. Kindly look into d matter n respond.                                       In the past also after giving consumer notice things have moved. the franchisee in vijayawada gives least priority to the customers who are on warrenty.
                                      My tkt. no.is[protected] booked on10/09.2017.onlyphones and norectification.IT IS NOT FIRST TIME . PL DO THE NEEDFUL.

                                        Very bad experience with IFB Service Center. I have IFB Microwave 23sc3, which I bought last year. Suddenly one day in August it stopped working, we raised a service request in IFB ( [protected]). After following up 2-3 times after some days, a technician visited, he checked the product and said there is some PCB problem and he does not have the spare part with him, so he promised to replace it as soon as he gets the spare parts most probably tomorrow . But he never came back, I kept on calling on the Service Desk of IFB and every time they say we are raising the request again. Now Today (15 Sep) when again I called, service desk told your old request in closed, we need to raise a new request and I felt very bad about it and felt cheated (new ticket # [protected]). Now this will mean that I raised the complain only on 15 Sep and if they will take another month to address it, then warranty will be lapsed.
                                        ( warranty period till October end). Such bad service was never expected from brand like IFB. IFB, you make customer only through your After Sales Service, you believe it or not but this is true :(

                                        After registering the complain here in consumercomplaints.in. Just with in 24 hours a technician visited with the spare part and replaced not working PCB. Now Microwave is working fine. Hope no more problem ... Thanks IFB and consumercomplaints Team. Vakil Singh Update: Today again (23 Sep 2017), it stopped working, tried to reach to customer care on the phone but IVR is not letting it through. raised a complain again on consumecomplaints.in. Last time it took one month for IFB team to resolve the issue, lets see how long does it take. Putting two and two together, it seems buying IFB microwave was not a good decision :(. Will update this if this gets resolved. Thanks

                                        My Microwave is again not working, this time, timer etc are working but nothing is getting heated inside.
                                        I tried to raise a complain using telephone but it is not working and it keep on repeating the same IVR response.
