I have purchased washer 9 kg and dryer 7 kg from bajaj electronics, hyderabad on[protected] and the same was installed on[protected].
I purchased this machine for rs. 61, 180 as it was the latest then and had huge capacity.
Within days of purchasing and less than a month one of the leg of the washing machine was broken and made a complaint to the customer care. Upon several calls by me, one of your customer executive visited my house after resolving their jurisdictional issues, came to me and informed me that the machine was sold to me with a loose leg and that it had broken. For the time being he had put a stone under the machine and informed me to continue usage like this as the washing machine i had was a new model and spare parts were difficult to get.
After, some months the machine started to wobble a lot and make a lot of noise. I again filed a complaint and after a lapse of almost 20 days and my continuous phone calls one of your executive visited my house and said that the mother board was spoilt and that the machine was in warranty and that he would replace it. He also informed me that he would place the order and get it at the earliest. There was no response from your executive and then i again filed another complaint and another executive turned and he said it is electrical malfunction and he fixed it. But, he informed me that the leg for this machine was not available and to continue using the machine on the stone.
I had thereafter made several complaints regarding the noise from the machine, your customer care executive turned up with great difficulty and was only able to say that this model of the machine is a flop model and it is very difficult to find spare parts and to continue using it as it was.
I again made a complaint stating that the machine was wobbling and moving its place in my balcony. The machine was moving more than 5 feet and hitting the wall in front of it. But these complaints did not bother your customer executives and they only had to say we cannot repair this machine as it is a flop model and that they did not have spare parts. I was asking for the stand so that the machine does not move, but the all your customer executives had to say that this machines does not have spare parts and it is a flop model.
Recently, on[protected], i had made a complain and then finally after 96 hours a customer executive turned up and said that the mother board is spoilt and that i had to spend 16, 000/- for a new one.
Can you please replace my flop model machine and give me some respite from this torture after having spent rs. 61, 000/-. Please suggest the best way out.
