[protected] - ticket status is not addressed, nearly a week had gone, daily i am following this but nothing is happening, i am totally disappointed by customer service of ifb, i guess this compliant will also be like 11th among the 10 compliants. Very worst customer friendly i have never & ever want to see again,
Issue here is just a reinstallation & service, that it self is not sorted out..
