    Hi,

    I called ifb customer care., spoke with Naveen Rai and he gave me another number and he disconnected.
    I called him back to ask why he disconnected, and he started shouting and being rude.
    I want this to be investigated and taken action.
    Secondly, was waiting for the service person to come for my IfB washing machine servicing and its been a week i am waiting for the same.

    Need an action otherwise will take legal action.

      Hi Team,

      I purchased IFB fully automatic washing machine top loaded in the month of April'17 and for that engineer came for installation on 4th April 2017. After installation he suggested me to take water softener (INR 1800) which will help to enhance the life of washing machine.
      We have taken the same as he was mentioning that it is approved by IFB only. After 2-3 days I have done the testing of the same and found that softener is not even working, because hard level of water is same as always.
      Later I have raised the complaint to IFB customer care, but all were in vain, It's been since long I am waiting for the solution. I have raised 3 complaints but all got closed with out solving the issue.
      Customer executive has asked me to approach directly to service center (RP services Bangalore) on following numbers:
      +91-[protected] (Prabhu)- Never picked up the call
      +91-[protected] (Manjunath)- Initially he told that we will resolve but now not picking up the call.
      Complaint ID's:
      1. Missed the ID no.

      3. [protected]
      Initially RP service guy agreed to refund the money with in 2 working days, but all became false. My major concern is how IFB is agreeing in closing the complaints without checking the status with the customer and what is the procedure of escalation, what is the feedback mechanism?
      I lost my whole trust from that service station, I hope IFB will take some action on it and will resolve it as early as possible.

      We bought IFB washing machine on dec 16 month, within 6 months, we have faced 3 issues. I m Very disappointed because of poor service . Not even responding when called through ph
      .Made a big mistake dat I bought ifb washing machine. Very worst product, worst in service. I ll refer my friends and relatives not to buy IFB product.

          I had purchased a IFB microwave oven 1.5 years ago. It was working fine until two days ago. Suddenly there was a problem in turntable motor, so i requested a visitation of technician. While filing complaint i asked the call centre person that whether there a will be a visiting charge and he said that as the warranty of microwave is 3 years hence there will be no visiting charge.
          Now coming to the next part, when the engineer came to inspect what the problem was he demanded visiting charges of rs 350. He told me to replace the motor and it would cost me 780 rs. To confirm the charges for service and parts i checked IFB website and there was no mention of either service charge or the prices of parts to be replaced. I was out of options so i agreed upon the charges told to me by technician.
          After service he handed me a bill of 350 + 780 rs i.e. total of 1130. I have used various products of various other companies and none of them takes service charge if the parts to be replaced are bought directly from company. He took 350 rs, only for opening two screws. This is just height of atrocity.
          After visitation, a message came from the company to pay 345 rs and no spare part was replaced. To this i called call centre and asked them what were the exact service charges, he answered me 355 rs. Then i asked him to differentiate between the following
          a message of total bill was received and it said 345 rs
          i was charged 350 rs
          and you are saying 355 rs.
          And i asked him further that why message says that the no spare part was replaced.
          He was just clueless regarding my questions so he told me that his senior will contact me within 1 hr and requested me to cut the call. After waiting for 1 hr my patience worn out so i looked at the bill properly.
          This type of bill could have been made by anyone, there was no mention of exact amount of tax included, neither the value of spare part was mentioned properly.
          I am highly dissatisfied by the customer service of the IFB. At least they should have cleared the doubts regarding bill and proper mention of spare part should have been given in the message.
          I just wanted to ensure that the money paid by me going into legitimate hands, but due to their improper billing i think that this is just a way to make black money for them.
          After this service, i highly discourage anyone to further buy IFB appliances

            For our ifb w/m elena sx 6kg f/l purchased on 5/8/2012, door lock, self timer and 300v mcb has been replaced by authorised service persons from Karunagapally. For the service and replacement they charged a total of Rs.5700/-. But we feel that it is on higherside. The bill is also attached. Being a most popular brand like ifb, we expect genuinity in billing. Kindly verify the bill and let us know whether the amount is reasonable and that we are not cheated.

              I own a senorita vx model for last 5 year.
              The washing machine mode knob was found to work properly. On complained the ifb engineer visited and told me the mother board has got damaged. As i have renewed the amc a year back they told me that will considered in amc.
              Along with that he told me the door lock also need to be changed along with this which he said it a practice to change both and i need to bore the cost of 1000rs. But in amc only excluded parts are cabinet, aesthetic material and rubber material and plastic pipe. This is really looting of people after paying amc. Ticket no. Is [protected]

                I am calling to schedule a visit under an existing AMC. I cannot do that if no one answers my call. I have called multiple times and stayed on hold for as long as 20 minutes with no response. Is there a way for you to please call me back?

                The AMC expires in a little over a month and if there is no action, there wont b much point to your offering the product in the first place. Why boast of a 24/7 service if you dont honour it?

                  Sir, we brought ifb dishwasher in march 2017. Since April there's been some issues caused with the machine. We tried all the customer care possible but nothing helped us. Soon after the service man leaves, machine starts showing f5 or f9 errors. very first service man said that this error is not a big issue just need to clean the pipes and all should work fine.. but as soon as he left same error repeats.. then we called the same guy again for reporting the issue, since he had some personal problems so he didn't showed up.. then we called customer service this time they send this service man who checked the washer and informed us that during installation on first day there has been some damage to the pipe under. Also he informed us that the first service man who came to demonstrate has given us the non ifb stand for the machine which would have caused the damage. And he said he will fix that soon but it's been more then 10 days he didn't showed up yet.. so my request to you to solve our problem at the earliest. It's not even been a month since we purchased and it's started troubling us ever since.. so please look into our problem and solve it at the earliest possible

                    I am a longtime IFB member and I own IFB senator 6KG. I have been paying AMC regularly for past 2 years.

                    I raised a request last week on Wed 17th May, 2017. Service engineering came on Thursday, 18th May, 2017 opened the machine and mentioned that couple of parts needs to be replaced.

                    Since then, I followed-up multiple times, the issue is not resolved.

                    The service agency is Deepa enterprises.

                    I am facing such issue for the second time on service requests. This is bad customer experience by IFB.

                      My IFB washing machine has developed snag. I lodged a complaint with IFB service centre TICKET NO. [protected]. The technician called over phone that he was coming and since I was in market, I requested him to come in the evening or next day but he promised to come but he closed the complaint.
                      I again lodged a complaint Ticket No. [protected]. Two technician have come and every body promised to come next day with material but no body is coming.

                        I'm Chandra Prakash. I ordered IFB Front Load Washing Machine through flipkart and got it delivered on 19th May 2017.
                        Then a demo person came and found that plumbing work is to be done to fit the inlet pipe to the tap. I got that done and called the executive.
                        The executive (+91-[protected]) doesn't even care to receive the call even after repeated calls.
                        And I got SMS saying that the corresponding Request ID ([protected]) is closed even before the service.
                        After raising a complaint I got incident ID E189665 and no call/response after that.
                        Pathetic service from IFB, to say the least..
                        Really frustrated.

                            I purchased sonorita plus in 2002. It was maintned well and till march it was working well. I am taking AMC REGULARLY. In april i have taken amc again. Two days before i had a problem with machine. Service engineer visited and told me that spares are not available u have goe for a new machine.

                            I was surpriswd to hear that an international company also playing cheap tricks and cheating customers by stopping production of spares after 14 years. Then how the machines will sustain for a considerable period. Now Ifb is offering 10 years special warranty. Customers has to look into it.

                            Service is not good, they repair the washing machine in 27 - 29 days, already the have charged 17000 rupees for a machine which cost 30000 rupees,

                              I had purchased a microvave ifb model 25 dgsci s no 0792 from khandelwal enters jaipur rajasthan. Its turn tray stopped working within a month. I have been complaining again and again but service boy visits and states that motor is defective promise to return wit motor but never do so. The call center number keeps wasting time putting across from one operator to other without any help and then phone gets disconnected. I am fed up as i have wasted money and am unable to use a product. This the last atempt i am making after which i will approach consumer court.

                                The customer care person from pune[protected], maharashtra (India) called me to schedule a demo for the newly purchased microwave. I asked them about the working hours, he replied from morning 9 to evening 9. The demo was scheduled at 6.00 on 24th may 2017. But the installation technician called me and telling rudely that the customer care guys were not aware of the working hours and they do not work after 6. I have cancelled my important appointment at 7 for demo of this appliance. Could you help me with this.

                                  I have purchased the front load washing machine of 7kg from vijay sales chinchwad on 13/5/17 and my dealer registered to you at 15/5/17 it was said the the person for demo should come in 2/3 business days but today is the 11th day from my purchase and still the person for the demo has not arrived yet. And i am calling the customer care
                                  Everyday since 20/5/17 but the person there is only apologizing for the mistake and not actually solving my problem. I expect the person for the demo today it self because its been long time now. Please kindly try to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                    Split ac installed by untrained person, gas leaked in a week time of installation, same person came again and done further damage to machine, 8 days gone complaint yet to resolve.

                                      I am using executive plus model of washing machine, i m facing problem of to much noise and vibration from last one month, no one is listning my complaint niether customer care nor local center, 10 times mechanic come to my house but no solution till now, very bad technicall as well as customer service, my latest tkt no is [protected], still pending no one came my repeated call to customer care, local bathinda no..[protected] and on reapeted calls on area manger mobile no[protected] given by customer care, area manager on phone telling me from 2 days that he is coming, he is coming but no one came yet, i call this no 10 times, i m using so many products but i never seen this much bad service...

                                        I have purchased Air conditioner in the last month and installation completed on 5th May. After 3-5 days left we facing cooling issue the same we had complaint there, from where we purchased. The only good thing for me was the executive came next day he had checked both of pipping and AC out and filled gas also. I don't know which is a bad luck the same issue have faced again 2-3 days. At first i followed with where we bought it air conditioner but he also not resolved my queries. no buddy visited till then. After irritating i have raise complaint on IFB Helpline number and he also not resolving this issue till date.
                                        I always will suggest to my colleague and friends please don't buy IFB product. you can't get good service and all.
                                        I have learn one lesson that we trying to save some money may lead to bigger problems in future.

                                        This is really bad reputed company... do not by any product.
                                        According to the IFB team, the fraudulent services it has given, we don't know which face was seen and had bought the IFB air condition.
